I thought the order was supposed to be shipped once payment was taken? Has something broken in the warehouse process?
This regularly happens for me, they authorize payment (check money is there) sometimes up to a week before items are shipped, they've always shipped before the authorization has expired
I assume it authorizes once it goes in the que, once it ships the pdfs are available

This is the first time this has happened for me. Usually as soon as the money is taken from my account the shipping notice comes in.
Double check your account. Paizo puts a "hold" or an "authorization" on your account for the amount of your order, but you aren't actually charged until is ships.
Sometimes people confuse those two transactions and think they've been charged when they haven't.

Looks like my order might miss the end shipping date estimate this month, must be heaving in the warehouse with Pathfinder popularity sky-rocketing

Looks like I am going to be shipped after release date. Which kind of sucks because I can't buy the Foundry module for Gatewalkers until I have the PDF. No reason to buy that twice.

My shipment was divided into two, both of which were shipped last week (Tuesday and Wednesday). I got the first one today. Thought I'd track the second one to check when I might get it. Clicked on the "track this package" link and got apparently a default page on the UPS website that has a table where I can enter up to 25 tracking numbers. looked for a tracking number, found a "PID=<some number>" in the "track your package" link which looks like it was assigned by Paizo. Pasted that in as a number to track. No joy. Anyone else having trouble tracking their package?
I'm pretty sure this is a UPS problem, because it was working a couple of days ago. :-(

I had that problem Monday evening, but it was fixed the next day (with no action on my part), and I got my package today.

Yeah, when I checked it a few minutes ago it was working fine - and my package is "out for delivery".
