im building a mystic theruge 3 cleric/3 wiz. when i exit the class in 10 levels. will i be taking my next level of say wizard from the lv 4 line or 14th?

it will be a lvl 4 but a caster lvl 14

so from the lv 4 line qnd the lv 14 line for spell progression?

Liberty's Edge

The 14th for the spell progression, the 4th line for the other class abilities, yes.

Note that some class abilities affect all spells, but that when a class ability says "class level" it means your actual level in the specific class, wizard in this instance. If it refers to your total level it speaks of character level.

To make 2 examples:
- if you have a familiar, its abilities are based on your wizard level.
- if you have a bonded object, it allows you to cast one spell of up to the highest spell level you know and can cast, so you can use it to cast a 7th level spell.

there can be a bit more synergy between Empyreal Sorceror and many Wis based Divine classes, or Oracle and several Cha based arcane casters.

it mean that if you get a lvl in wiz yoou gain all te benefit of a wiz lvl 4, but since the mystic theruge give yoou 10 lv in spell ccaster in wiz, so in total you will be a wiz 4/ clr 3/mystic 10 whit a 14 arcane spell caster and 13 spell caster foor the proopousse of lvl of spell, spellslots and spell effects
