Yes. Casting a Save spell is 0 MAP.

Okay, so I looked at the rules on Nethys and I now have a question.
Unlike other abilities, the Spellstrike text does not say that you combine the damage of your Strike with the damage of the Spell for resistance or weakness, unlike Hunted Shot and other similar abilities.
Does this mean that if I had my Arcane Cascade dealing fire damage (for example) and I Spellstriked with a Produce Flame, an enemy Troll would take their additional damage due to their weakness twice, once for the Strike and once for the Spell?

If the spell doesn't have the Attack trait, you do not increase MAP.

Indeed I see nothing in Spellstrike that prevents this.
It gives even more incentive to start a new Cascade when you know of an enemy's weaknesses or resistances. Which is good IMO.

I would say no.
It's still a single, combined action so the damage would be combined. Kind of like a monk using Elemental Ki Strike with their Flaming Wraps of Mighty Blow won't trigger the weakness twice.
With a SAVE spell however, I could see that make sense.
Elemental Ki and Flaming are both additional damage applied to a single attack.
This example is two separate attacks that you perform with one activity. Like Hunted Shot or Flurry of Blows. Both of those go out of their way to tell you to combine the damage. Spellstrike doesn't, so there's no reason to think you would.

Question: Can Healing Plaster be used with Battle Medicine? If so, is the casting of it part of making the check, or would one need to use 1 action to cast Healing Plaster and another action for Battle Medicine.
When I was watching the live play for SoM it seemed like it had the medicine check rolled into it and could be used for Battle Medicine. However in reading the actual wording I'm not sure anymore.
If the answer is no, or that it would doesn't have the check rolled into it then it just doesn't seem worth the gold saved. Seems just better to wear healing tools.

Healing Plaster is more about saving space IMO that gold. There is a limit to how many tools you can wear so substituting one out for some dirt is helpful when your Ranger with an ancestry cantrip and Natural Medicine has to Stabilize or Stop Bleeding but he's got a Snare Kit worn: if he took this cantrip, he doesn't have to pull out a backpack and dig out healer's tools in the middle of combat. Just grab some dirt and go to work.
