The Cavalier gets a Mount as part of its class features
The mount is always considered combat trained and begins play with Light Armor Proficiency as a bonus feat. /quote]
And it is considered combat trained
Combat Riding/Training (DC 20) wrote:An animal trained to bear a rider into combat knows the tricks attack, come, defend, down, guard, and heel. Training an animal for combat riding takes 6 weeks. You may also “upgrade” an animal trained for riding to one trained for combat by spending 3 weeks and making a successful DC 20 Handle Animal check. The new general purpose and tricks completely replace the animal’s previous purpose and any tricks it once knew. Many horses and riding dogs are trained in this way.
Does that mean the Mount starts with all those tricks?

You still need to actually train them in any other tricks, and it's 3 tricks per point in Int (max 12 for Int 4, combat-trained takes 6; 6 extra), but yes.
Bonus Tricks don't need any training
The value given in this column is the total number of “bonus” tricks that the animal knows in addition to any that the druid might choose to teach it (see the Handle Animal skill). These bonus tricks don’t require any training time or Handle Animal checks, and they don’t count against the normal limit of tricks known by the animal. The druid selects these bonus tricks, and once selected, they can’t be changed.

Cavalier and Mount(Ex) which is chosen from a list and functions as a Druids Animal Companion using the Cavalier's class level. There's a caveat that follows in the class text.
The Druid's AnmlCmpn means it's not your normal generic animal and it will scale (somewhat) with level.
Combat training is under Handle Animal skill AND the List-O-Tricks. Combat Training Tricks: attack, come, defend, down, guard, and heel.
So the mount starts with those tricks AND a number of bonus tricks from the AnmlCmpn chart along with some skill points in Animal skills. I'd suggest attack*2 and Throw Rider as early choices.
I gave mine the ability to understand common and spread skill points out a bit giving the horse better stealth than most party members.

That's true. Bonus tricks, which are separate from those gained from Int (they're the number listed in the bonus tricks column for animal companions, which starts at 1 at level 1), need no training, I thought it was the tricks allowed by Int 4 that you were asking about in the 3rd post in this thread.

No you are right, I am confusing Bonus Tricks with the amount of additional tricks the AC can learn

I can't think of a fiendish contract that didn't have a rider... and these mounts will invariably teach them a few new tricks
