Customer Service


The customer service center didn't respond to my email request at all, and even the same cost was paid twice. I understand the lack of work and difficulty due to covid, but it is strange that the e-mail customer center does not work even if it is a phone call. If the item is sold and shipped, doesn't the customer center have to work? I want the customer service center to check your email.

They currently have an email queue of just over 2000 emails going back three months.

The best way to get a swift resolution is to post a new thread in this forum with the nonconfidential part of the query.

It helps if you list the order number (and if youve emailed about it, the dates of any emails so they can take them out of the queue).

Once youve posted a thread, resist the temptation to repost to it (as perversely that delays resolution).

The Customer Service team are doing stellar work (they used to have over 3000 emails backed up!) but its still going to take them a few months to get back to anything resembling normal, unfortunately. :(

thank you. It's not the answer from Paijo I wanted, but I'm grateful that someone will answer my opinion right away. I will try to follow the guidelines you have provided.

I have an order that has been pending for 2 days. Is that an usual delay?

Maybe. Are you saying you placed it 2 days ago? All the items in the store have a "Product Availability" section that tells you how soon it will ship. For instance, Pathfinder Adventure Card Game Core Set currently says it is expected to ship from the warehouse in 11 to 20 business days. Your confirmation email should have the "expected to ship by" information or you can check the product pages for whatever you ordered to see if 2 days is with in the expected range. I'd also give a little wiggle on the estimate too.
