What choice of weapon would work best for a zealot vigilante?

Advice

Silver Crusade

Finesse weapon(rapier)
Sword and board/two weapon fighting
Or two handed(elven curve blade)

Zealots aren't so special that they change how that kind of things end up playing out.

So, how do you want to play is the question.
Sword and board is the most basic one, a better ac for probably a lesser offense. You can get a good deal on the basics of shield bashing from a talent, though your bab is not ideal for two weapon fighting.
Vigilantes can help with finesse damage without feat investment, which is nice.
Two handers are two handers.

Also, what Inquisition are you looking at ? Some will benefit some fighting styles more than others.

Assuming you want to cast spells in combat then two-handed is the name of the game. Zealots have no special ability to cast without a free hand. OK, sword and light shield is an option, but they also don't really get the feats to make that a good option.

If i go two handed then my choice is either Aldori dueling blade or elven curved blade im leaning towards aldori since i can use it at level 1 two handed

Fits with the image if you're taking that inquisition, sure.

I can only give you suggestions based on MY experience with the Zealot Vigilante. I made a halfling Zealot of Milani for the Hell's Rebels campaign, a sort of Alfred to the Batman (Teisatsu) vigilante I ran with.

I went with Sword and Board with Upsetting Shield Style to use a buckler to shield bash with. That gave me the freedom to use a weapon that I could alternate one or two hands with, depending on if I needed to cast a spell that turn or not. That weapon just happened to be a Morningstar with an Effortless Lace attached to it.

The Exchange

Based on the weapons you named, I suspect you'll be taking Lethal Grace as your second level talent. I did play a zealot all the way to 16th level with that talent. Lots of Dexterity, enough Wisdom to cast my spells, a pinch of Charisma, and just enough Strength for Power Attack.

I went with a finesse weapon and a shield. Shield for the armor class boost, not for attacking. Trying to two-weapon fight is very feat intensive, especially if you are using a sword and shield, and the zealot just doesn't have enough feats. You only get two vigilante talents before 12th level. Personally I spent well over 50% of my time doing social things in my social identity; so I also spent some of my odd-level feats on non-combat feats.

Two-handed is an option as well but if you are using Lethal Grace then you're really only gaining about 1 damage per 4 levels. You can decide if it is worth the lower AC. (Shield of Blades would be great, but the earliest you can get it is 8th level if you take Lethal Grace at 2nd and you've given up taking some of the really good zealot-exclusive talents.)

I don't recommend two (non-shield) weapons for the same reason others said. It really interferes with your ability to cast. If you are using a light shield you can always move your weapon to that hand while casting and then back (free actions). Any TWF build is difficult for a zealot.
