Additional move action from Quick Runner’s Shirt question!

Rules Questions

Hi everyone!
I'm little bit confused!

DESCRIPTION of Quick Runner’s Shirt:
Once per day as a swift action, the wearer can take an additional move action to move and then immediately end his turn, losing any unspent actions.

Do I'm understand correct? This item gives to wearer one additional move action?
Can the character make at one round next action:
1) make 5 foot step from "natural" move action
2) drink the potion as standard action
3) make additional move action from shirt, and then immediately end his turn?

Take 5-Foot Step

You can move 5 feet in any round when you don’t perform any other kind of movement. Taking this 5-foot step never provokes an attack of opportunity. You can’t take more than one 5-foot step in a round, and you can’t take a 5-foot step in the same round that you move any distance.

You can take a 5-foot step before, during, or after your other actions in the round.

You can only take a 5-foot-step if your movement isn’t hampered by difficult terrain or darkness. Any creature with a speed of 5 feet or less can’t take a 5-foot step, since moving even 5 feet requires a move action for such a slow creature.

You may not take a 5-foot step using a form of movement for which you do not have a listed speed.

You cannot take a 5 foot step and then also Move as a Move Action, even with a Quick Runner's T-Shirt. The Quick Runner's T-Shirt doesn't have a specific rule that overrides this general rule.

BUT, you can use a Move Action (to move, or draw a weapon, or w/e), Standard Action, and then use your Swift to activate QRS to Move 30ft, and then that will end your turn.

Sovereign Court

The 5' step stops other movement, regardless if you had additional move actions.

A 5-foot step is also not a move action. However, you could use a move action to move 5 feet (which is not a 5-step, and thus provokes like normal movement) and then do the rest as you mentioned.

A 5-foot step is not a move action. It's a non-action that you can take in any round where you don't use a move action to move.

So you can't use the Shirt's move action to move and take a 5-foot step in the same round.

You could, however:
(1) Use your natural move action to stand up from prone.
(2) Use your standard action to cast a spell / fire an arrow / drink a potion.
(3) Use the shirt to move.

Or:
(1) Make a full attack.
(2) Use the shirt to move.

Or:
(1) Use your move action to move.
(2) Use your standard action as a move action and move again.
(3) Use the shirt to move.

Wow! It was unexpected!
Thanks to all for answers! =)

Those above me are most correct and their explanations are clearer than I could have mustered^^

- and one of my favourites: -

Or:
(1) Run, as a full-round action.
(2) Use the shirt to move.
