[Spheres of Might] Barrage and Fencing Talent

I tried to search for questions like this one, but I did not found any. So, if I am using Spheres of Might, and have both Barrage and Fencing Spheres, how much damage a character will deal to a flat-footed target when using barrage talent?

Basically, the first question is, Fatal Thurst bonus damage will be applied to both shots, or just for the first one?

Additionally, how about sneak attacks

'Whenever you make an attack action' means both shots yes, since barrage uses an attack action. And sneak attack applies to any attack made against a flat-footed target so also yes.

Typically effects that apply with an attack action only trigger on the first shot of the Barrage, like Vital Strike.

I have asked this question before too, on the official Discord server, and the answer was Fatal Thrust only works on the first attack that hits in an attack action.

Sneak attack would apply normally for every attack though.
