Spell Like Abilities in raised Skeleton

Rules Questions

Dear Friends, i have a question about the Corpse Companion from the Undead Lord. If i raise a creature, his spell like abilities of the base creature remains?

The Skeleton rules doesn't mention anything about it and i can't find nothing in any forum.

Tks

Neither skeletons nor zombies retain spell like abilities.

While, the phrase "special quality" is used, in this context it is referring to special abilities.

As an example, [i}Carrion Crown[/i] includes a storm giant with the zombie template applied. The resulting creature lacks the original giant's spell-like abilities, its rock catching defensive ability. Similarly, the zombie hill giant in Rise of the Runelords: Anniversary Edition lacks the rock throwing special attack. Basically, simple skeletons and zombies don't get special stuff like that, with the exception of (Ex) abilities under the Special Qualities (SQ) field of the stat block that improve melee or ranged attacks.

Thank you Guys, that really helped me.

Best Regards
