I've searched and searched, couldn't find this already answered so apologies if it has been.
Looking through the book, I see some items require certain spells to be cast (staves being main ones) as part of creation.
This indicates other items do not. So in theory, you can brew up some invisibility potions without being able to cast invisibility. You know how to do it one way, not the other.
Great, I'm fine with that.
So can Wizards make Healing potions? Can Clerics make Invisibility potions and so on?
Or have I missed the one line in the book that answers this?

Beyond the normal requirements of crafting an item, the only thing a magic item needs is any special components listed in its description, the Magical Crafting feat, and the crafting formula for the desired item (of which you gain two when you take Magical Crafting).
I can't remember off the top of my head if there's a built-in way to earn new formulae thereafter, or if it's left up to the GM to allow them to be found or purchased.

Thanks Fowlj for the response, however it doesn't answer the question I was asking. Or if it does, I'm not seeing it.
I'm asking if Wizards can now craft what used to be called 'Divine' items and Clerics craft 'Arcane' items. I've not see this distinction used and am wondering if I've overlooked it.

Potions are not "spells in a can" anymore.
They are universe magic items, all you need to create they are there formula and the feat
So as long as you have the formula... Nice.
My wizard picked up magical crafting at weekend and was looking at options for the free formula you get. Group has no cleric so being able to brew some healing would be nice.

What's the difference between Healing Potion and Elixir of Life?
Mostly, what MaxAstro said. They basically use two different methods (ie: magic and alchemy) to achieve very similar results.
The two are mechanically distinguished by different amounts healed, what Feat is needed to craft them, and little else.

I'd say little else isn't very fair. The high level ones give extra saves (or outright nullify) toxins. So while they do less healing they sort of function as a weaker heal + antidote rolled into one and the level 20 one serves as a pocket Resurrection to boot.

Fair enough. I was thinking specifically in terms of healing damage.
