Since a Progenitor's Servitor has its intelligence set to 1, and the constructs section states that mindless constructs have no stills or feat, am i correct in assuming that the Servitor can't use any skills like perception? And if so how would them entering a room and surveying the area work? would it use the Progenitor's stats and skills psychically?

This is still in the wrong forum, as the archetype in question is a third party product. Flagging again.

More generally, mindless constructs don't get skill points. They can still use skills untrained, which is generally why golems can still find you and pound you into paste. That said, as written the servitor eidolon has an Intelligence score and thus is not mindless. It should still get 1 skill rank per level (6 + its Intelligence modifier). But again, it's not a Paizo product, so you're better off asking Rogue Genius Games.
