Holy Water and Ring of the Ram

Magic Items

Is holy water and ring of the ram treated as an improvised weapon for attack purposes since it doesn't have a type?

Maybe holy water could be treated as a bomb, and alchemist get a formula for it?

I can't figure it out either. I assumed it would be something like an innate spell like ability for the ram ring, and that holy water would have some sort of indicator on it for weapon type, but like you say, there's nothing. There seem to be a few other things with no indication of what proficiency level to use, so I assume I'm missing a default somewhere.

I am guessing that holy water is treated like a "bomb" which I think is ruled as a martial weapon.

That is really rough under the new proficiency rule!

Honestly.... i really wish holy water was still an alchemical item.
