As I can only say three things for each type, they have to be the following... but my list of dislikes is very large :O
Likes:
- Critical successes and failures: very interesting, especially for saving throws, when you can avoid the whole damage or you can even suffer more for a critical failure. Even if it is a linear stadistic (well, it is d20 system), it is great to have a better system for different degrees of success.
- Bulk: I love this system to calculate the weight since Runequest, instead of summin a lot of exact number of pounds without taken into account the bulk.
- Sorcerer: a cleric sorcerer! a bard sorcerer! a druid sorcerer! uoooooh
Dislikes:
- Skills: +1 every level? Really? Is it D&D4? Who needs a npc when you can do everything. And only add up to +3 for the assignment of levels to your skills... very poor. At least, Paizo has decided to apply now a -4 instead of the -2 for untrained skills but, anyway, I dislike it. For me, the worst thing for this new version.
- Resonance points. Mana points for using magic objects. No words.
- Ambush system. So, if you are hidden, you replace your perception for your stealth... only for rolling the initiative... what happens if your perception is greater than your stealth? Don't you have any benefit for your ambush?

There does seem to be an ironic similarity in that department (treadmill), but nice design that it's so easily omitted, or tweaked (+1/2, +1/4, +2x, etc), though, it's easily omitted in 4th Ed, too.
