A true Elemental Master like in Avatar The Last Airbender and Korra. So yes like a Kinetist but better and easier. And with Martial Arts moves and that uses WIS.

An Harrower based class. Like THE base class Golarion specific that I would like not as PrC or Archetypes.

An Assassin base class, so yes, the Slayer. Because I know a lot of new players who end up with Rogues wanted to play like Ezio or Artemis Entreri at the beginning and are disappointed.

A Shadowmaster who can be an hybrid caster with mostly Illusion spells and a lot of tricks,

A Shaman like in World of Warcraft, with totems and spirits and true mechanics of his own.

And finally a Telikenetic Master. Specialized in telekinesis who can use push, move and crush things and people.

Scarab Sages

Hm... a new class, eh?

Well, the hard part of coming up with a new class is that we don't actually know enough about how archetypes and class feats are going to work in PF2E. A lot of ideas could very easily be adapted as archetypes (The arcane paladin... should just be a martial archetype for almost any conceivable martial class, etc.).

In order for it to be a new class, it needs to fill a design space that isn't filled by any variation of the existing classes that could be sufficiently modified with a slew of class feats and an archetype. To that end, I would suggest:

The Transmogrifist (You can change the name if you like)

It's basically themed after the blue-mages of Final Fantasy. The idea is that you use an enemy's abilities against them, and potentially learn them. Mechanically, I would do it this way:

During combat, you can spend an action to gain information on an enemy, involving an appropriate knowledge check or caster level check with some kind of bonus. If you learn about an enemy, you can select one property the enemy possesses, limited by your level similarly to the way that Polymorph Spells work (Beast Shape, Plant Shape, etc.). You gain that ability for X period of time, probably increasing as you level. Additionally, you can have up to X of those abilities "Learned", i.e., you retain them until you change them out with new ones. Of course, as you leveled up, you would gain access to additional traits when you use the ability.

Such a class would actually work fairly well in practice, I think, largely because you can select the benefits you receive. For example, when fighting a Fire Elemental, you could get a portion of its resistance, which helps in fighting against it, but doesn't limit you to its attacks. Same goes for any dragon, outsider, etc. You could even have an archetype for it that gives up permanent boons, but allows you to actually steal those abilities from the target creature (reducing fly speeds, elemental resistances, etc.). In long-term campaigns against largely single enemy types, it would be even more flavorful, as you become more and more like the creatures you're fighting.

I also don't think an archetype could cover this kind of character. But then, I could be wrong.

Remember Spheres of Might? I want the Scholar. It's like a 1/2 BAB alchemist based on non-magic (but occasionally Supernatural) applications of science. They get to employ a wide range of scientific marvels such as phosphorus, lightning rods, magnetism, medicine, and chemistry to outwit their enemies and prove that brains over brawn still rings true even without fancy spells! It's easily my favorite 3pp class and in my Top 3 classes of Pathfinder (if not 1st place!).

:D

Thank you! It's nice to see a class I wrote get such effusive praise!
