Azlanti Ships: What would they look like?

Given that all we currently know about the Azlanti Star Empire comes from page 495 of the Starfinder Core Rulebook and the Aeon Guard write on pages 6-7 of the Alien Archive, does anyone have a thought on what the starships used by this ancient empire would look like?

Given that the Azlanti armor is specifically mentioned to be highly stylized and sleek, it would be not be far off that their ships would follow the same design philosophy. The question would be would they be:

Rounded Sleek to look streamlined and efficient like their armor.
or
Angular sleek to look more menacing with aggressive lines.
or
Perhaps an amalgamation of the two?

I went more Star Wars myself. With a mix of Aztec and Necron.

I like your first suggestion. It looks different enough from both Vesk and Pact World designs so as to be distinct. (Kind of Kasatha like.)

The only piece of art I've seen for the Azlanti Star Empire is the Aeon Guard, but that armor has a very sleek, coordinated, smooth look to it. Every piece makes sense and compliments the rest of the armor, nothing is out of order. They also seem to favor decorations, based on the kneepads and the use of aeon stones in their armor.

The writeup from the CRB and AA suggests that they are technologically highly advanced and greatly value learning and culture, but are also fairly decadent, actively practice slavery of "lesser beings" (primarily androids), and control their star empire through the might and efficiency of the Aeon guard and their imperial fleet.

Based on that I'd expect Azlanti ships to be sleek, aesthetically pleasing, sophisticated, and carry large amounts of firepower. Form is important, but would not come at the cost of function.

As for examples, my initial thought would be... Maybe something like Baylon 5's White Stars, or WH40k Eldar ships?

Eldar Shrike bomber.
Eldar Heavy Fighter.
Eldar Heavy Warship.

Perfect

and the envy of all

The only thing I want from Azlanti ships is that the bigger ships have some of their components orbiting them, like aeon stones circling around the wearer's head.
"Fools. Now witness the power of our AEON MODULES."

Pft, ALL of their spacecraft would have floating gun pods.

Slap a neon green paintjob on that Riftborn ship I posted earlier and I'd say you have a pretty close analogue.

Silver Crusade

I don't know how canonical it's supposed to be, give that there are some changes between Pathfinder and Starfinder, but in the PFS scenario

King Xeros of Old Azlant:
there's a supposedly Azlant 'ship' constructed of some kind of crystal, featuring 'laser cannons' and a crystal golem. It is intended to travel across the planes, via the ethereal. The King Xeros is quite angular in form.

Instead of the Egyptian pyramid, I went Aztec pyramid.

That was sort of my thought as well. Their images we have seen seem to imply they like smooth rounded designs I would make sense for their ships to follow that trend. Probably more like eldar ships in 40k

Since they look like the Imperial Guard from Star Wars, I can't help, but think that their ships would look like Star Wars Empire ships as well. Clean. Efficient. Cold.

Full of chasms with few precautions?

Guard rails would be...inefficient.

I don't know, the Azlanti strike me as more. . . when they go bad, they go megalomaniacal. While they'd certainly go *big*, I think they'd tend to go less "sterile" and more "bombastic". Like, their Star Destroyer-equivalent would probably be functional on the inside, but with a decent amount of aesthetic flourishes within the boundaries of practicality, to remind the crew of how awesome being Imperial Azlanti is. And the outside? I imagine elaborate painted displays that tell the ( stylized, and propagandized ) history of the ship and its victories in battle to all that see it.
