. but my party members not so much.
So i'm looking at being able to turn party members into gargoyles next level thanks to some brown furred transmuter shennanigans. They don't have the best flight manuverability/bonus though.
I would LIKE to up their fly skill in advance.
The fly spell. Kinda redundant
Headband of vast intelect with fly ranks encoded in it? Expensive but doable. meat shields might have the wisdom booster though.
Any other ideas?

Heroism will give everyone a +2 morale bonus.
What level are you?
7th. One game away from 8th. heroism goes onto the permanant spell list next level. Right now he starts with g. magic weapon, throws that on someone, swaps it out for fly and adventures with fly and haste as needed.

And what shenanigans are you using to turn them into gargoyles?
Share Transmutation (Su)
At 9th level, the brown-fur transmuter can target others with her transmutation spells. A brown-fur transmuter can expend 1 point from her arcane reservoir to change any transmutation spell with a range of personal to a range of touch. Such a spell automatically fails on unwilling creatures.
This ability replaces the arcanist exploit gained at 9th level.
I should start writing the pamphlet...

For 1000 gold you can get a non-magical Wing Staff for them to share (or maybe get one each) to give them "a reliable means of flying every day," so that they can put honest ranks into Fly. Then you just berate them until they do so.
Happy flying!
