Long version:
As part of a full-attack action, Oskar has the Two-Weapon Fighting feat when attacking with any combination of unarmed strikes, weapons from the close fighter weapon group, or weapons with the “monk” special feature. He does not need to use two different weapons to use this ability.

Oskar applies his full Strength modifier to his damage rolls for all attacks made with brawler’s flurry, whether the attacks are made with an off-hand weapon or a weapon wielded in both hands. Oskar can substitute disarm, sunder, and trip combat maneuvers for unarmed attacks as part of brawler’s flurry. Oskar can’t use natural weapons as part of brawler’s flurry, nor can he make natural weapon attacks in addition to his brawler’s flurry attacks.

Improved Unarmed Strike Unarmed strikes don't cause attacks of opportunity, and can be lethal.
Improved Grapple You do not provoke an attack of opportunity when performing a grapple combat maneuver. In addition, you receive a +2 bonus on checks made to grapple a foe. You also receive a +2 bonus to your Combat Maneuver Defense whenever an opponent tries to grapple you.
Giant Slayer (trait) You gain a +1 trait bonus on Bluff, Perception, and Sense Motive checks and +1 trait bonus on attack rolls and damage rolls against creatures of the giant subtype.

Maneuver Training (grapple +1) (Ex) Oskar applies the listed bonuses to CMB and CMD for the maneuvers chosen.
Martial Training (Ex) Brawler levels count as fighter/monk levels for feat/item pre-reqs and effects.
Mutagen (DC 11) (Su) Mutagen adds +4 to a physical & -2 to a mental attribute, and +2 nat. armor for 20 minutes.
Orc Blood Half-orcs count as both humans and orcs for any effect related to race.
Outslug Style (Style Feat) While using this style, when you take a 5-foot step, you gain a +1 dodge bonus to AC and a +1 bonus on weapon damage rolls with the chosen weapon (unarmed strike) until the beginning of your next turn.
Sacred Tattoo +1 luck bonus to all saves.
