Well, we just figured that someone whose parents named them "Deathseed" is GOING to be crazy and megalomaniacal, there was no need to point it out.
Talk about interesting conversations around the baby book!
;-)
Well it was either that or Bob.
Can you really see the Outer Darkness spawning a world-ending abomination and naming it Bob?
Actually, hmm, yeah that might work.
But Deathseed it is. When I'm planted in your world, watch it whither and die.
But from its corpse, oh what wonders will be born! A new age of deathlessness. Darkness and undeath eternal!

Fall ends on Dec 21 in the northern hemisphere. It's a fixed date every year
It depends. No, really, it depends.
Northern Meteorological Seasons
According to the meteorological definition, the seasons begin on the first day of the months that include the equinoxes and solstices:
Spring runs from March 1 to May 31;
Summer runs from June 1 to August 31;
Fall (autumn) runs from September 1 to November 30; and
Winter runs from December 1 to February 28 (February 29 in a leap year).
Astronomical Seasons
The astronomical definition uses the dates of equinoxes and solstices to mark the beginning and end of the seasons:
Spring begins on the spring equinox;
Summer begins on the summer solstice;
Fall (autumn) begins on the fall equinox; and
Winter begins on the winter solstice.
Some cultures regard the autumnal equinox as "mid-autumn", while others with a longer temperature lag treat it as the start of autumn. Meteorologists (and most of the temperate countries in the southern hemisphere) use a definition based on Gregorian calendar months, with autumn being September, October, and November in the northern hemisphere, and March, April, and May in the southern hemisphere.

I never knew about the Astronomical Seasons. I've always just thought it was the Meteorological definition. That explains a couple of quite heated debates I've had over the years.
Thanks. :)
EDIT: I'm in one of those Southern Hemisphere countries though, so perhaps that can excuse why I'd never heard of the other.

I only figured it out when an NZ friend wished me happy something or other and I was, "wait, what?"

Fall starts when night time temps routinely drop below 60F.
Winter starts when Daytime highs drop below 60F.
Bwa...by this definition I've lived in a place where it's always winter. 55-60 F is shorts/t-shirt/swimming weather. 70 F is "Don't want to move 'cause it's so hot."
Winter is when the Daytime high is negative in degrees F.
Where I live now (700 miles south of where I described above) doesn't really have winter.
When I watch Empire Strikes Back, Hoth fills me with nostalgia for home.

What does PRD mean?They probably meant SRD or System Reference Document. Paizo has an SRD for Pathfinder with a slightly more personal name of Pathfinder Reference Document, and they'll probably call the Starfinder version SRD only instead of System it's Starfinder Reference Document.
It hasn't technically passed yet. Fall 2017 doesn't end for another week.
Eh...kind of. While astrologically speaking winter hasn't come yet, but ask a meteorologist and he'll say it's been winter for the past 20 days. That being said it's cutting very close.
I just wish they would tell us if it's delayed or not.

The page no longer calls out Fall 2017 as the timeframe.
Most places state "SOON" its so relative. It gives them the flexibility of when they want/can get to it. I hate when "SOON" is used. It tells me they may be working on in it or it has been set aside for the time being and it will get done when it does.

I wouldn't wait on it.
Just use this
This looks promising, but I hate that none of the entries list sources. Granted, there aren't may yet for SF but their absence just doesn't lend to credibility. I prefer the warm fuzzy, and knowing what page to turn to for validation and context.

I think worst case scenario would be whatever is going on with the PRD, which is coming up on two years worth of books that have not been added.
This.
The PRD hasn't been updated in almost 2 years, So I wouldn't hold my breath on them making the Starfinder version a very high priority. I'm sure it's on "the list of things to do", I just wonder how high on that list it is.

Given that it only makes money for people who aren't them....

I wouldn't say that it only makes money for people that aren't them. It certainly makes a lot of money for other people, and almost certainly the bulk of money is made by people that aren't them. But at least some of their book purchases are made by people that used an SRD first, but wanted a book (with pictures and what not) to have as their own. An SRD is about spreading your user base to as many people as possible, some of which will purchase books for games/settings that may have never played in the first place without an SRD.
