They somehow got a warhammer license and put that product out on time with no issues whatsoever. It wasn't kickstartered but they sure didn't take chance at going to war with GW over not releasing on time.
Well, GW has a reputation for being overly litigious and willing to go to court over (stupid) things.
The part that infuriates me most about this is that if I did this in my career field I'd never work so much as a minute in that field ever again.
Now it looks like they're trying to start up another kickstarter collaborating with another company (who has a pretty good track record with their crowdfunding from what I can see), and have gone back to total silence on the Starfinder Kickstarter.
After loudly proclaiming that they would not start another kick starter because kickstarters users were mean for blaming them for messing up just because it was their fault...
Seriously what is the name of there new kickstarter?
Future House Publishing is doing books set in Ninja Division/Soda Pop's RPG universe, and have been posting character art and mini sculpts on their Facebook. When they get around to creating the Kickstarter it'll more than likely be on FHP's account, and FHP have a pretty dang good track record by comparison. By which I mean they actually finish their projects.
Update: apparently Ninja Division didn't bother adding tails to Vesk and Ysoki sculpts.
Maybe they had tails removed to accommodate some kind of rear side augmentation?
All kidding aside I see some people are actually receiving these miniatures now but I haven’t seen pictures of any yet.
My group just got our set of named figs but none of the no named figs. We ordered all of them and doubles of some still waiting. We were not impressed they had all sorts of flashing and pour plus still in thier feet and where not attached to thier bases.
These are the prepainted ones? Or the unpainted?
