Subscribers that set their subscriptions to be picked up at Gen Con 50 should now have their PDFs for the items they are picking up. Note that we have not settled these orders yet! I expect that the orders will be set up and billed on Thursday morning (pacific time). If you were expecting a to get a PDF because you had hold for Gen Con set up and you have a subscription line that grants PDFs with the subscription copy and you are missing one or more PDFs, contact customer service immediately as this may indicate something is not correct with your hold for Gen Con order.

Gen Con pick up items for subscribers are still pending in sidecarts. For the love of Desna, please do not try to use the "ship your sidecart as soon as possible" feature if you have hold for Gen Con items in your sidecart. Contact customer service and we can take any items that are not hold for pick up that you wish to ship immediately and move them for you.

Just wanted to let everyone know I'm currently processing GenCon pickup orders right now. Confirmation emails should be rolling out over the next hour or so. Remember that subscription pickup is just for your subscription products, so if you have Starfinder products that were non-subscription preorders and you selected GenCon pickup they won't be included with your pickup products. We will however be shipping them with your next subscription shipment.

An odd thing about my confirmation email for a Gen Con pickup: the total is not adding up properly, though my card was charged correctly.

Order 4372622 for reference, though it's just a cosmetic issue.

Added it to this thread because others may experience something similar.

It sounds like the Gen Con order processing should have completed this weekend.

If you haven't gotten an order confirmation email for that, and are expecting one, please let us know ASAP! (Preferably by email or in a new thread.)

Sorry for any confusion with that. It looks like the "total" is factoring in the theoretical shipping cost and displaying things oddly. The amount charged to your card should be correct total.

Thanks a ton! I see it lists as shipped, but since my confirmation email has sales tax and not shipping charges, I assume that's just how it shows up in the system. Excited to pick up all my materials Thursday!

Note: As the physical number of copies of AP #1 have dwindled in the warehouse and we take stock of our warehouse after Gen Con and August shipping, we've been able to uncover enough copies to cover folks who have subscribed to the Starfinder Adventure and requested backordered copies of AP#1.

Just as a heads up we are quite shorthanded this week. We are also currently experiencing a backlog of customer service requests as well. We are doing our best to resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you for you continued patience.

I do not have access to the new 4-5 star exclusive scenario Pathfinder Society Scenario #7–99: Through Maelstrom Rift. If that could be fixed I would appreciate it.

It looks like you'd put a copy of the book into your sidecart recently, so i've gone ahead and attached that one to your subscription. You should be all set! Just let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime.
