Not sure what Draconic Druids are. There is the Dragon Shaman but they can't turn into dragons.
Outside of PFS Octopi with multiattack is probably the way to go.
Inside I would look at Dire Tiger (5 on a pounce) w/levels in Barbarian for Fiend Totem Gore (or Helm of the Mammoth Lord put on your dire tiger form). Toss in Planar Wild Shape, smite and some evil (or good thing) is going to die.

if you are a TREESINGER or LESHY WARDEN Druid, they have access to plant form wild shapes. In that case, the FUNGUS QUEEN has 2 claws and 4 tentacles (each with a free grab on a successful hit).

Dragon or possibly some kind of Octopus(can't remember if third party)
The dragon got Bite,claw,claw,wing,wing,tail = 6
The Octopus in question I believe had 8 Tentacle and 1 bite for 9 total.Need to be a draconic druid to take form of the dragon though
I believe the size Huge Lake Octopus is 3rd party, but the Size Large Giant Octopus is Paizo.
Those 8 Tentacles all have Grab and Constrict, so it's arguably 17 attacks instead of 9.
I don't think the Dragon Shaman Druid actually even gets to turn into a Dragon.
If that's the direction you are going in, you'd probably be better off with a Saurian Shaman and Wild Shape into Dinosaurs. My favorite 2 Dinosaurs are Megaraptor with 5 attacks: 1 Bite/2Claws/2Talons or the Allosaurus, only 3 attacks, but Size Huge instead of just Large like the Megaraptor. The Megaraptor is 3rd party, too.
