I know we've got the first one announced. Ancient weapon that could destroy planets, Jedi - I mean Elven temples, and who knows else what that adventure path has in store for us. You know what I really want though? Give me some of that Starship Troopers. As cliche as it is, I'd love for a space war against the swarm! I know it's been done to death, but it's a cliche for a reason! What are some other themes or things you'd like see in upcoming Adventure Paths?

This thread could really be analogous to the campaign ideas thread. In that vein, I'll summarize what I said there here.
A technology-scavenging AI gone rogue and hostile to other worlds, and eventually turning on its own creators has wiped them out. Now it broadcasts its coordinates and lies in wait for others to appear. It evaluates them as they explore its home world, then attempts to assimilate their tech. In my mind, this has a lot of horror potential.
A physical entity has somehow been lawnmower man'ed into the Net. As it reorients itself to its digital existence and becomes self-aware again, it makes innocent but increasingly complex and inadvertently harmful attempts to communicate with meat space. With repeated failure, it becomes frustrated and malevolent as it also becomes more powerful. It begins hacking Androids in attempts to re-manifest itself, but they don't satisfy; it sees them simply as an extension of the digital world it's been trapped in for what is now an eternity in digital time. Thus, it seeks to steal or engineer a fleshly body once more, and become a Technomancer(?) capable of incredible power...
This concept basically assumes that there will be no Shadowrun style digital world, or if there is, that this entity would be somehow unable to interact with its users. Perhaps it isn't capable of doing so before becoming frustrated.
