I don't mean Pathfinder's default deities with 5 domains that are primarily for Golarion, but creatures that are analogues to deities from real world mythologies. I found a bunch and hopefully more can be found. I'm not going to type a description for each one, just the name.
Here's what I found:
Anemos
Annunaki
Jinishigami
Julunggul
Manitou
Muse
Seilenos
Shinigami
Tzitzimitl
Anymore that can be found would be cool, but I'm not interested 3PP.

Muse
Is the The Muse a deity? In what culture, they originate from greece right?
Manitou
also the Manitou as I believe it is a kind of spirit of a reincarnated native american magic user (that's solely from a fictional book though it seemed credible) - if this is correct, not sure spirits count as deities - there were also actual deities that were summoned in the book too

Muse
There were several muses. I'd put them at much less powerful than the other greek deities, but Wikipedia does refer to them as "goddesses."

Pretty much all things that could be considered 'demi-gods" and "godlike beings" are statted. True gods are not.
But I'm not really talking about what the game considers demigod level or not. I'm talking about statted beings in this game that are full fledged gods in their mythology.

The Iku-Turso from Bestiary 3 is based off a Finnish sea monster and god of war by the same name (or variant names like Turisas).
It's a worthy mention, thanks.
Cernunnos and Norn definitely make the list. I probably should make a more detailed list, as in which bestiary and mythology said creature belongs to.
Come on, guys! More deities!

Thanks for the info, guys. I'm going to make a descriptive list, like I mentioned before, but I really feel like I should remake the topic once I think I got them all down.
I like the Elohim, but I wish it had Miracle and/or Wish, because then it would really be able to do everything the Judeo-Christian God can do. Though a couple of mythic ranks more would grant this since it's a monster.

Hundun is the Chinese god of chaos and is decscribed as a faceless being. The creature shares the exact same description, for the most part.
I'm pretty sure they based the Elohim off the extraterrestrials that created mankind. So for that I won't include it, but still a worthy mention.
I was looking for notable Kami, such as Jinushingami or Kaminari which is a god of lightning that exists outside of core rules, which technically counts. Thanks.
I know there are more, and I want to find them all! Lol.

Not so much--here's a REFERENCE from Native Languages of the Americas. "Manitou" means "spirit," or something close to that concept, and the Ojibwe refer to "Gitchi Manitou," the Great Spirit.

Let me take a quick look through my Bestiaries, and see what pings off my knowledge of mythology. This list will be heavy on the Classical myths, both because of my own reading and because of their prevalence in PF and D&D.
Bestiary
Devil, Erinyes (Greek chthonic goddesses, AKA the Furies)
And depending on your definition of god, the following are minor gods/nature spirits from Classical myth: dryad, harpy, nymph, satyr.
Bestiary 2
Daemon, Thanadaemon (called charonadaemons in AD&D; based on Charon, ferryman of the Styx, who in the myths is more of an immortal servitor than a true god himself)
Inevitable, Marut (Hindu storm deities)
Titan, Elysian and Thanatotic (Titans were an race of gods who preceded the Olympians of Classical myth)
Also, in Classical myth, Charybdis, Scylla, and the Sirens were nymphs before they were transformed into monsters. Nereids are types of nymphs (as are oreads and sylphs in some sources). Tritons are named for a Classical sea god.
(#3-5 coming soon...)

Bestiary 3
Garuda (Hindu deity)
Humbaba (god-like giant of Mesopotamia)
Kami (Japanese nature-spirits; see discussion by previous posters)
Lammasu and Shedu (Assyrian deities)
Nephilim (offspring of angels and mortals in Jewish myth)
Norn (Norse fates)
Titan, Hekatonkheires (jailkeepers of Tartarus in Classical myth)
Tzitzimitl (Aztec goddesses)
(I don't know enough about Eastern religions/mythologies to say where the asuras and divs fall on the god/spirit/demon spectrum.)

Bestiary 4
Demon Lord, Dagon (Mesopotamian and Canaanite god)
Demon Lord, Pazuzu (Mesopotamian wind demon/god)
Elohim (title applied to both the Canaanite pantheon and the Hebrew God)
Empyreal Lord, Cernunnos (Celtic god)
Empyreal Lord, Korada (seems to be heavily inspired by Sun Wukong, the Monkey King of Chinese myth)
Graeae (the Gray Ones of Greek myth, minor oracular triple-goddess)
Manitou (Native American; see earlier discussion in this thread)
Titan, Fomorian (Irish mythology; may be gods and/or giants)
Also, Hamadryads and Oceanids are types of nymphs (see notes to Bestiary).
(I have omitted the Great Old Ones because the three in this volume are purely literary creations.)

Sun Wukong exists under that name in Golarion; cf. HERE.

And here's the last one. (Someone else will have to do this for the softcover bestiary splatbooks, since I don't own any of those.)
Bestiary 5
Anemos (Greek wind gods)
Anunnaki and Apkallu (Mesopotamian deities)
Grim Reaper (Western personification of Death)
Muse (Greek myth, patron goddesses of the arts)
Seilenos (Greek myth, minor rustic god)
(And while most Titans would fall under the category of gods, I've left off Danava Titans from this list. A quick web search indicates that the Hindu Danava seem to have been more of a supernatural race, like Naga and Rakshasa, rather than deities.)

Hey, Tim, I really appreciate you taking your time and effort. You could've easily had been finished with a list for every bestiary by the time I started, lol. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
I can pretty much construct a list of creatures that qualify for certain categories, when I can even figure out what they should be.
Anything else that stands out let me know. Thanks, so far, everyone.

The Elder gods are statted out in one of the Bestiary's if you want to use those. And if you consider things like the Color out of Space similar in principle as well.
Per the OP, they're not analogous to real-world deities, and that's what was sought.
