Besides scrying, are there any other spells/rituals/items that take advantage of having the target's blood. I am open to 3PP as well.
The blood biography spell gives a little info about a creature if you have some of its blood. The clone spell requires it too if you have some complex scheme perhaps involving killing the target then having them revived somewhere else.
These are good, but does anyone know of any offensive applications?
The anatomy doll from Ultimate Equipment and th ganji dolls from Occult Adventures do have offensive applications.
