Bummer! Herolabs doesn't have the Game Mastery Guide.
I guess I'm going to have to do a city stat block the ole fashioned way, myself.
And here I was going to reverse engineer every city stat block they ever created and ask them why they hate math so much. Also ask them where oranges came from, since there's no Florida.
Time travelers.

I'm making a Halfling Vigilante, and I'm curious what route I should go with him. Stalker or Avenger.
Stats rolled, 14, 16, 13, 10, 11, 16.

I worked it all out, unlike Enterprise which might have thrown in a dragon and said it was because of time travel.:)
Stalker. Duh. That's exactly what Dipp-er, I mean, "The Finch" would do. Yeah. >.>
(Also, Grunklestan, though a decent "thug=avenger" thing could be made for him; but Ford definitely.)
Oh no, not for Gravity Falls.
Dipper will most likely be an Investigator (Psychic Detective archetype), Mabel a Bard of some sort, probably.
This will be for something else (tbd)
Feel free to share ideas on how you (anyone) would build the Gravity Falls characters though. :-)
