It took me a while to figure it out. But since there was no list out there, I decided to make my own.
For those who are cheap like me, here is a list of all Free Legal Resources for Pathfinder Society:
Pathfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Guide
Pathfinder Character Traits Web Enhancement
Rise of the Runelords Player's Guide
Curse of the Crimson Throne Player's Guide
Reign of Winter Player's Guide
Hell's Rebels Player's Guide
You should be able to download all for free with the PDF signature and everything.
Its not much, but it's better than just having the Core Rulebook to work with.
Make sure to look at the Additional Resources page for specific rules for those PDFs

Shattered Star Player's Guide also has some nice traits.
It is not listed in Additional Resources, but has traits that are legal through another source: Pathfinder Chronicles: Faction Guide.

Those Traits are actually different, which is why the Player's Guide isn't listed as legal.
The Traits in the Faction Guide require certain classes. Those in the Player's Guide don't.
It's actually a somewhat common mistake.

Ah, I see now. Source listing for the trait in Archives of Nethys is actually inaccurate then as it only has a description for the Faction Guide version.
