Ok folks with PFS subscriptions, you should have seen an email come through for order creation and a second one should be coming along soon for fulfillment. If you have questions or issues please let me know as this is a new sub and we'd like to nip potential problems in the bud.
Thanks!
Sara Marie
PS if you don't have a order for Scenarios 4 & 5 or it was not fulfilled, please let Customer Service know!

Another minor glitch - I got an authorisation email showing my order as "Pending" and that was all. I haven't yet received a fulfillment email.
My bank account shows a payment authorisation, but it doesn't look to me that it's actually finalised yet (though that isn't always easy to tell from here).
Nonetheless, the scenarios are now in my downloads.

Hi Steve!
It does look like the charge was finalized, since we have a settlement on our end. Your scenario order is complete, but it's possible the final email didn't go through because of our system being grumpy. Sorry for the confusion!
Looks like your normal subscription order is all ready to go, just waiting in the queue. Just let us know if there's anything we can help out with!

So, due to the delay in PC: Blood of Beasts, PC: Paths of the Righteous will ship in the same package? Both PDFs will become available at the same time?
Inquiring minds like mine want to know! Cannot wait for these two.
Hi Fourshadow,
Right now it looks like Blood of Beasts will be out next month and Paths of the Righteous will be out in December. Keep in mind that these are still just estimates. If there are any changes made to that, they should be reflected in the upcoming New Release Shipping threads.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that I may assist you with in the meantime, and I will be more than happy to do so.
Thanks!
Katina

Aww nuts. Another delay?
Thank you anyway. I thought my subscription page looked too good to be true...it has both of those grouped as one shipment for late Oct or early Nov.

Hi,
I think something wrong happens with my order because I usually get my pdfs the second day of fulfilling and I don´t have them, my bank seems to have charged the money on my account and also in my email says that my free pdfs are valued 82.98$ which, of course, is impossible because I have only in this order Curse of the Crimson Throne hardcover and Inner Sea Temples.

Hi Katina
No worries - I don't think you should start apologising every time I get confused. You'll be even busier.

Hi Daniel,
Thank you for the notification! I've taken a look into your order, and everything seems to be just fine. It has not processed for shipping yet, so technically the charges have not yet been finalized. Once you've received your shipping mail and your PDFs, that's when the charge will be finalized. For more information about our authorization process, please visit our authorization FAQ here.
We believe that the PDFs are showing the wrong value because of a display bug, but that should not cause any issues with the order itself. We'll be letting our tech team know, so that they can investigate the cause.
Otherwise, you should be all set! Once your books have been processed, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know. Please don't hesitate to ask if there's anything else I can help with in the meantime.
Thanks!
Katina

Yeah just realised mine is the same as well saying Pdf's are $82.98 when the physical copies only come to $52.03. Also earlier it says the order is $70.53 while the shipping and handling is $52.03.
Hi Kevin,
I responded to your other post here, so your order should be all settled. Just let me know if there's anything else I can help with!
Thanks,
Katina

I'm not sure there is an issue but yes it does seem to be reporting a high valuation for the PDFs.
That said the order's payment authorisation does expire today and I've not seen that happen before.
Hi Kayos,
If the payment authorization expires, that shouldn't affect your order any. Since we don't finalize charges until the orders are shipped, our system basically just opens the authorization to make sure that there will be no issues with the card. If the order is processed quickly enough, that same authorization will just finalize and that'll be that. If it waits too long, the authorization will just expire and release the funds back to your account, and then a new one will be opened and finalized in one step when the order is shipped.
I hope this helps! For more information about our authorization process, please visit our authorization FAQ here. Otherwise, please don't hesitate to ask if there are any other questions or concerns that I can help with.
Thanks!

Just wanted to check up too, seems to be taking a long time for authorization to finish, I know I had to re-authorize, but that was done Saturday (Monday I guess technically) and just wanted to make sure everything was okay.
Hello, fellow Davis!
I've taken a look into your order, and everything seems to be perfectly fine. There were originally some problems with the card, but it looks like those have been worked out. I've reauthorized it and it's now just waiting to get picked up in the shipping queue.
For subscriptions, we typically generate the orders in one or two days towards the beginning of the moth, and then allow a two week shipping period to get everything out. Since we're just at the end of the first week, it's not a bad sign if the order hasn't moved too much yet. If it still looks stuck at the end of next week, that's when there may be an issue. Just let us know if that's the case, and we'll be happy to take a look.
For anyone who is confused about the shipping windows, we've got the dates listed in the original post, so you should be able to know if your order is in the danger zone or not.
Just let us know if there's annoying else we can do, and we'll be glad to help out.
Thanks!
Katina

Is it just me or is the UPS-MI tracking broken? My shipment last month made it to Denver (where it transfers from UPS to USPS) then stopped updating. This time, it still hasn't even posted the first update after nearly a week.
Tracking updates depend on humans to enter data into a computer somewhere. If the humans don't do that....
Humans are notoriously unreliable, particularly when they don't view whatever it is they don't bother to do as important.

No, UPS scans the package at every stage, beginning with the first time the customer (Paizo in this case) creates an order. There are no manual entries other than the initial order. They use this information to monitor the efficiency of their system. It should log the first entries within 2 days of the tracking # being created, and it says so on their website. There is something wrong with their database software.

Since the reintroduction of the Off-Schedule Subscription Shipping Options feature, I am trying to determine the best way to keep the monthly shipping thread from getting out of hand. I'm going to try splitting up stickied release threads based on release dates. If you have any comments or questions or suggestions, please let us know in the Off-Schedule Subscription Shipping Options thread!

Is it just me or is the UPS-MI tracking broken?
Our experience is that UPS-MI tracking has a higher frequency of missing scans (whether that is the package not getting scanned or data not moving across software properly, I do not know) and sometimes the scan/process that connects UPS-MI and the transfer to the USPS system also does not happen. However, usually the package is still on its way and does not suffer any ill effects from not having the data.

There's still a day or two left in the estimated shopping window. If your order hasn't shopped by the end of tomorrow, then that's the time to worry.
Yes, I'm still waiting too. I was hoping to get mine in time for my days off, but apparently I hit the back of the pack again. :-(

Update from the warehouse, it looks promising to finish shipping by end of day Friday, October 14th. I'll let you know how things look Friday morning and evening.

Any news yet? I haven't received my second shipping notice.
At least I finally got tracking info for my first package.

This time it just hadn't shipped yet, even though I had my tracking #. I could have sworn I posted that fact the other day, but the post must have not made it through (my cell coverage at work toggles between awful and non-existent).
