So I have run a couple games for a 3-7 scenario and they are tied to this character.
Do I number them in the order received or when they are applied?
Also I miscalculating the GP I spent on a chronicle so I lined thru incorrect amount and initialed it and wrote the correct amount (a practice I use professionally).
What happened I wrote down a Ghost Salt as costing 20gp opposed to 200gp so my total was off by 180gp. All of this is listed on my sheet that details the items I purchased.
So in correcting this error did I screw up?

The same 3-7 scenario? You can't get credit more than once usually, and it can never go on the same character twice.
Re the errors
1) no one checks them anyway
2) Crossing stuff out and adding it in is pretty normal.
3) next chronicle just write in "180 gold. Underspent on ghost salt on chronicle 14, Whoops"

Thanks for the reply,
I recently ran 2 different 3-7 scenarios not a single on twice so I apologize for the confusing information.
So on the two chronicles I have for the two different 3-7 scenarios do I wait to number them until I apply them to the character?
On the writing the incorrect GP amount unfortunately I had already lined thru the error on the chronicle sheet and wrote the correct info on there.
Thanks again

You didn't say what level the character you were applying them to was.
If the character is less than level 3, you have to hold them and wait until the character reaches level 3. Then you apply all the 3-7s in chronological order. This means you will have chronicles for levels 1-2 that are much later (chronologically) than the ones for level 3.
If your character is already in the 3-7 range, you can apply them immediately. It is still in chronological order.

This is something that always annoyed me. Some scenarios I'd rather hold until the higher tier. Else you just GM for no credit until you have a PC or a blob in the right place.

It's a fair question. I'd mark the sheet "Hold for level X" and not fill in the chronicle number or totals until I apply it (likewise for pregen credit), numbering chronicles in the order they're applied.
As chronicles should be completed in ink, lining through and correcting errors and adding notes for more complex changes, such as fixing things several chronicles later, is good practice. It's most important that someone can follow the end result a good while later.

Sorry the character is a 2nd lvl Rogue Henric Carnes.
In that case, you can't actually spend the Chronicle's gold until it is applied to your character, at level 3.

GMs get everything anyway, don't they?

Yes and no. GMs only get access to the items for the subtier of the character the sheet is being applied to, and any boons on the sheet are based off of that subtier as well.

Additionally, there are a few more circumstances where GM's do not get there choice of boon. This mainly boils down to faction boons (the PC you're applying credit to has to be the appropriate faction to get a faction boon) and the series of boons from season 7 that care about which PC you played during Serpent's Rise.
