Is there any way for a cleric to get a natural armor bonus? I ask because both the Barkskin spell and AoNA give enchancement bonuses to natural armor. So they won't stack with each other, but they'll stack with regular natural armor bonuses. So I'm wondering if there's a way to get one.
Yes... be a race which has one by birth, such as a naga or lizardman, or an Awakened Bear. That's what Natural Armor is.

Depends on your race. If you're a Tiefling, you can get a feat that grants a +2 Natural Armor Bonus. If you're Dwarf, Orc, or Half-Orc, Ironskin gives you +1 Natural Armor Bonus.
If you're a Human, you can take Racial Heritage (Tiefling) and take that same +2 Natural Armor Bonus feat.
Nagaji gives a +1 Natural Armor Bonus. I believe Kobolds could offer a Natural Armor Bonus with the right feat.
As far as natural means are concerned, that's about it. You could get an item that gives a permanent "Monstrous Physique" spell to grant that Natural Armor Bonus for you, plus some other goodies.
Natural Armor is difficult to obtain.

You probably already know this, but just in case (as no one else has mentioned it), most races start out with a natural armor bonus of 0. That does not mean that Barkskin and the Amulet of Natural Armor won't stack with that. They will. It just means that they each stack with 0. What they won't stack with is each other.
Back to your question, if you are a dwarf, half-orc, or orc you can have the feat Ironhide.
The History of Scars achievement feat grants +2 natural armor bonus.
Tieflings are eligible for the alternate racial trait Scaled Skin.
Half-orc druids can take the favored class bonus of +1/3 per druid level to their natural armor bonus when using wild shape.
The Savage Barbarian archetype gets 1 natural armor at 7th level.
And once you've got a character who has natural armor, that character is eligible for the Monster feat Improved Natural Armor (Monster feats are open to PCs who qualify for them).
There are probably some other ways I'm overlooking.

Admittedly, the OP said Cleric, which raises a problem with that. ;)
But to cite other classes in general - the quickest I can think of that grants natural armour to your baseline character is a Monk of the Sacred Mountain.Although race wise. since no one pointed them out yet, Hobgoblins can get +1 Natural Armour as an alternate racial trait.

Just pointing out that that is a trap if you are willing to burn a feat on Armor of the Pit which is a +2 Nat. Armor bonus and you keep 3 resistances, as opposed to having a +1 and 3 resistances if you take the feat and the trait.

It takes three feats and Cha 15+ (and you have to wait until 11th level), but Skill Focus, Eldritch Heritage, and then Improved Eldritch Heritage can give any character a natural armor bonus with one of the following bloodlines (with the skill that needs to have Skill Focus): Aquatic (Swim), Draconic (Perception), or Serpentine (Diplomacy).

The stats for boh of those characters, as well as descriptions were in the original Rogues Gallery. My copy has Erol Otus' art on the front where the demonic looking male wizard clearly has his hands down the shirt of his buxom compatriot.

Merfolk, +2 NA, comes with 5 foot movement, and 50 swim( or 15 movement, and 25 swim with strong tail) Good stat gains as well +2 Dex Con Cha (no negatives , and am guessing on which stat get the +2 as i dont have the ARG in front of me). Take strong tail and something with travel domain and you move 25. ( better than small races and dwarfs)

If you want to burn a feat on Natural Armor, it's definitely a trap. +2 Nat. Armor and 3 resistances is probably quite worth the feat if you have room for it. Otherwise, +1 Natural Armor and 1 resistance is quite nice as an alternative racial trait, I think.

It should also be noted that the reason why barkskin and AoNA don't stack is that they both provide enhancement bonuses to natural armor. If one simply provided a natural armor bonus, which I think an old version of Barkskin did, the enhancement bonus would stack with that.
