There's a town near here called Lima. Pronounced like the bean, not like the city in Peru. We have quite a few of those. Chili, with two long i's for example. Weird.
And Steven Hawking. Real bummer that.

Arkansas has a large number of names shared with other cities and countries, such as El Dorado (pronounced El do-RAY-do). We also have interesting names like Fifty-six, Possum Grape, and Bald Knob. But for the more puerile among us there's Weiner (pronounced WE-nur). There's a road sign on the way there pointing the way to the Weiner Cut-Off.

My car has sat idle since early January, the really cold snap we had then killed the battery. My landlord, who rocks and is actually a former coworker of mine, brought me his charger. It starts again but I'm trying to not get overly excited until I see if it will start in the morning. Here's hoping!

Once, long ago, while passing through some town in Texas I have blissfully forgotten, I came upon a fork in the road. The 2 lane road I was on split into 2, 1-lane, one-way roads.
The names of the streets?Thisaway, and Thataway. O_o
Seriously, I can't make this stuff up people. :P

Of course We could try the alternative!
That's a really fun version of the song. We used to play it at our parties in college. The parties, which we called Genocide (there were four in total plus other very large parties), took place about the time this version came out. It was always a big hit at them.
Another rock song that lends itself well to rapping is AC/DC's "Back in Black".

My car did not start this morning. Looks like a new battery in my future. Now to sell my kidneys...

Well, that was a quick week.
Hi all, what’d I miss?
Wait, that’s the angel’s line...
I think I have found my issue out. After eight hours of furiously typing on a computer, I don’t really want to have to do it all night. Phone tappity is ok, but actual computer typing is a real b*&!@ to get motivated for.
I need to find a brain hack or my PbPs are toast

It’s got to be. I couldn’t live in a world knowing that there are two mispronounced Chilis out there.

Alright, all you winter haters. Spring is nearly here, so rejoice. I just saw my first wasp of the year and for the first time in nearly 20 years I've been stung by a bee. A honey bee. And while I know that bees are essential for pollinating flowers and the plants from where we get our food, that is one bee that will not be participating in the honey bee summer jobs program.
There. I hope you're all happy now. :P

Meh. Headache today. Probably matter of weather which is cold and snowy and yet with a promise of strong winds and incoming weather change. That or the fact that I hadn't had an all-night gaming sitting in a long-long time.
Whatever is causing your pain, it certainly isn't the miniaturized Proteus submersible crewed with teeny pugwampi brain surgeons installing a a cybernetic override in your corpus callosum. Nope. Definitely not that.
