Hi Everyone!
So, apparently organising conferences is more work than expected so I haven't had time to do anything at all,.... That is until now. Conferences are all done. House is moved. Field work (collecting pregnant lizards) is finished. So I am officially back! Sorry heaps for the delay!
I'll read over what's been happening and sort a post out ASAP.
Fantastic! We've missed you so! The gang's all here, though Allie's going to go on hiatus for a bit. The fort saves have been done, now we're just waiting for Malleus to move us forward so we can find out if Taj is about to mutate or something...

The only people in Table 1 who can make DC 22 Heal check are Grimold and Allie. I'm hoping one of you can tell me what we're dealing with, and if I should be burning my scroll of Remove Disease right now. I'm only 5th level which means that I cannot do that particular scroll with the Vestment.
The other option would be to take a vial of anti-toxin, hope for the best, and cast the scroll tomorrow if my saves fail again. The thing is... I'm worried that tomorrow I'll be sicker. If I become nauseated, I won't be able to cast at all.
So Grimold, can you give a shot at the heal check? If I have a hint of what I'm dealing with, that might help me decide whether now is the time to burn the scroll.

EDIT 2: Actually, I just looked at my spirits again. Ali can help me with tomorrow's fort save. Maybe we'll give the anti-plague a shot first.
So, GM.... How does this work? I've made one fort save. How many will I have to make to kick whatever illness I've been given?
Two consecutive, one roll per 24 hours.
Ali's my new best buddy, then... Am I starting to show symptoms of whatever this is? Or does the successful fortitude save mean that the illness does not progress and get worse?
You still feel ill, but not to an affect your stats or spells level, just under the weather right now.
Any chance of just letting it slide since she just missed by 1 on the initial save, and slammed down an antiplague vial within like, two minutes of exposure?

If that doesn't work, we may want to see if others can help with my roll using heal checks, too. One of us has to roll well, right?
Treat Disease: To treat a disease means to tend to a single diseased character. Every time the diseased character makes a saving throw against disease effects, you make a Heal check. If your Heal check exceeds the DC of the disease, the character receives a +4 competence bonus on his saving throw against the disease.

With that save in the morning, you're fine. Way to just fight off the Bubonic Plague.
Oh thank goodness, I was not looking forward to roleplaying a full day of being sick! Thank you, GM for the ruling, and thanks to Zohruk for the anti-plague and the advocacy.

Did Table 2 lose Sabah? I was thinking how fortunate you were to have someone to cast third level divine spells, and then I realized I haven't seen her for a while in gameplay.

Table 2 have any of you seen Gobo or twelvepointfivepercent in any other games?
Do you feel we should recruit another player or two? Right now you're at 4 with 2 ranged and 2 melee no divine or full arcane casting. We can roll with it though, it will just be harder.

Also, seriously, in my RL games and PbP games as a player, I can never roll worth a darn like the dice hate me. But as soon as I'm in the GM chair, it's crit success city.
GM, does the stegosaurus have reach? A lot depends on that question. Maps would be really good for this sort of thing.
It is huge and has 15ft reach.
