About Elo.

Shackles:
Name: Elo of the Moonwater
Race: Female Human (23)
Class: Oracle (Lunar Mystery) 5
Alignment: CN
Backstory: Born on Shark Island, Elo's mother handled a minor lord's kitchen and her father worked in a large blacksmith's. Born with an odd silver sphere symbol on her forehead, it was regarded with little significance until a Kuru attack lead to her being kidnapped and taken to the Cannibal Isles, where a Kuru priest named Gr'shak saw her potential, performed a moon ritual and trained her for several months, eventually unveiling Elo of the Moonwater, lunar oracle, to the world. Now one of the very small group of people the Kuru tolerate, she spent the next few years arbitrating disputes between the people of the Shackles and the Kuru- mostly to the tune of 'keep away from X or get your brains eaten/guts spilled.' Now, she seeks to acquire some share of the haul of Redclaw, to buy her family a better life.
Personality: Young, deliberately optimistic, curious, buddingly hedonistic, a little naive, independent, individualistic, stubborn.
Description: Short, long black dreadlocks, brown eyes, dark Garundi skin, dazzling smile, green and grey-skinned crocodile companion, silver sphere mark on forehead, white and red chelish sailor's doublet with cut-short sleeves, stitched palm leaf satchel.

Malleus:
Name: The Lady Elovanakovia Parvanovitch, Sergeant in the Winter Guard, commonly known as 'Elo'.
Race: Female half-elf (Irrisen ethnicity)
Alignment: LN
Class: Magus (White-Haired Magus)
Backstory: Raised from a dalliance between a minor Irriseni noblewman and a passing monk of Irori, Elo chose to blend her parentages by following the path of the white-haired magus, as well as entering the rudimentary military service of Irrisen, seeking to be made a knight of the realm. Proving her worth against the frosted abominations of Irrisen's wilder reaches she rose to the rank of sergeant, disdaining all favours and help from her mother's attempted nepotism. Now she has been sent to Belkzen as part of a small detachment of troops send to help quell the Orc threat.

Personality: Tough, loyal, forthright, blunt, easily angered, prideful.
Description: Grey wolf's head hooded cape with head thrown back, bald head except for long braided white ponytail, blue eyes, white eyebrows, pale skin, thin build, mildly attractive face with an old scar leaving most of her chin missing, black and dark blue Irrisen military tunic with heavier jackets stowed away in brown leather backpack over shoulder, mithral shirt underneath tunic, armbands with sigil of kraken, small jar with water and a crab inside poking out of backpack.

Borderlands:
Name: Elo
Race: Siren, aged 20
Alignment: Lawful Neutral
Class: Soulknife (Soulbolt, Gifted Blade)/Monk (Zen Archer)
Role: Ranged frontline-capable fighter, wisdom skill-monkey
What Makes Her Special: Siren. Phaseshot; draw phase-arrows from nothingness and fling them at enemies.
Background: Specimen.
In an effort to show that the Atlas Corporation held great respect and affection for its female employees, the Crimson Lance was ordered to kidnap and torture several dozen young girls with the intent of eventually turning them into unstoppable assassins. Though this move was highly criticized by those relatively few residents on Pandora who find child trafficking distasteful, the operation was a great success for the Lance; the Assassins remain their most prolific and efficient killers, and their 'lack of family ties' (a euphemism, as Atlas has forced them to murder their own parents) makes them remarkably loyal to the Atlas corporation and its principles.

Born to a trader family on Pandora, Elo was seven years old when her tattoos and powers emerged; watching the Guardians one day from a safe distance, she imitated their movements and lightning struck her veins blasting blue light onto her body and forming a quietly humming arrow out of nowhere. The occurrence quickly made its way back to Atlas, and they captured her, forced her to kill her parents and put her in training to become a Crimson Assassin. After little over a decade of torture and grooming and training, she was to be sent on her first kill when word of Athena's rebellion and the Vault Hunters' following easy decimation of the Assassins' numbers, Atlas decided that the asset wasn't as effective as expected and ordered all Assassins 'retired'. Fleeing from her would-be killers, Elo found herself stowed away on a ship to Pandora, where she hopes to find herself and, if possible, her family.
Personality: Atlas kidnapped her, forced her to kill her parents and then spent the next decade and a bit convincing her the act was justified and for her own benefit and she should be grateful to her loving Corporation family. Then they tried to kill her. She's still a little messed up by all that. But she has a rapidly growing hated of Atlas, possibly to be extended to all Corporations if they copy such tactics. Being out amidst civilians for the first time is a strange experience but she is adjusting, and finding in her a growing kindness and compassion. But she still tends to assume every situation is a danger or a test and spends a great deal of time on edge and assessing risks and threats.
Likes: Chocolate, helping people, cleanly and quickly killing enemies (she's still an assassin, after all.)
Dislikes: Atlas, people who attempt to oppress or forcibly change others, large dogs.
Description: Loose white hair, blue eyes, pale skin, thin but strong build, grey jeans, black jacket, dark blue undershirt, glove on right hand, blue tattoos along side of arm up to left wrist, black combat boots, empty brown ammo belt wrapped around waist.

A Tale of Waifs and Strays:
Name: Elo
Alignment: CN, edging onto CG
Race: Elan
Class: Cryptic (Distorter)

Background: The girl's life began on the streets. She opened her eyes, looked around and realized she knew nothing, remembered nothing, other than a single moment of Fog wrapping around her and overcoming her. She also saw the patterns. Strings of emotion, thought and destiny connecting nearly everything and everyone, wrapping around heads or physically attached to hands, invisible to everyone but her; strings that touched everyone but her. She was eleven years old, and written in scar tissue on the inside of her wrist were the numbers 1:370. She spent the next few years on the streets, attempting to survive and understand what had happened to her. She was given the name Elo, from her numbers, and she found herself able to change her appearance with a single thought, everything except those numbers which persisted no matter the form.

Eventually, Elo was tracked down by the Orphanage, the only ones able to deduce that all the girls, boys and creatures were actually her guises. Hardened by the streets and feeling no other way out, she accepted their offer, figuring that if it didn't work out, she would be in the perfect place to destroy whatever information they might have on her. Much to her surprise she found the orphanage a surprisingly welcoming and helpful organization. They helped her develop her powers, and gave her access to books and other tomes of learning, which she ate up voraciously. Then, it was time to leave the orphanage...

Personality: Being able to see something no one else can, and which does not affect her, is good grounds for just a little arrogance. Elo takes pride in her independence and her lack of attachment to others, and treats friendships as pretend, momentary arrangements to gain an advantage. Hidden underneath that however is a growing loneliness, a wish for the emotional bonds that others seem to so easily form. Not that she'd ever tell anyone that. Thus Elo is a cynic yearning for an ideal she can follow. She is smart and personable, but tends to be impulsive, and what gifts she has in swiftness are made up for her by her poor physical strength. Luckily for that, there are men to make lift things. She is keenly interested in finding out what the numbers on her hand mean, and finding out more about the fog.
