Between STR, INT, WIS, DEX, CON, CHA, which is your highest stat in real life, which one is ... less than stellar?
No need to give your numbers, just the Stat will be fine for our purposes. Please feel free to list them with a brief explanation.
Personally I would think I put my points and stat bump bonus in Charisma and a sprinkle into Intelligence, in that order. While I have no Intimidate to speak of, in my day to day activities I easily have class skills and bonuses to Diplomacy and Bluff with room to spare. I don't think I have Toughness but I have at least a minor bonus to my Constitution considering my day to day functionality with no sleep and what my liver has been through.
When I was younger I would have said my dump Stat was Wisdom, but today it's at least on par with my Strength and Constitution. And I don't mean that in a bad way.
There are NO stats in real life.

-probably Wis is my highest (though the what are your stat quizzes are torn between Int, Wis, and Dex depending on which one I take)
-I would say Str is my lowest (though I don't actually have any dump stats in real life)

Highest: Con. I have a habit of waking up on operating tables and asking the anesthesiologist for another round, and didn't miss a day of highschool.
Lowest: Charisma. I really don't get humans.

Highest? I have no idea. I find that the older I get, the less sure I am of such things.
That said, I'm sure my lowest stat is dexterity. I am not a swift man, and am built for lumbering, direct movements.
Highest probably Wisdom. I'm good at reading people and noticing how others are feeling (as "he looks now really pissed/annoyed/sad, maybe she/he needs someone to talk to"). Often my "read" is correct, which helps a lot in my current job (youth worker). Noticing and hearing things and understanding meanings behind something that has been said, that is my job.
I don't have real dump stats (as my characters don't have those either) but my lowest is probably Str as I'm not particularly strong guy for my size (about 190cm and bit over 100kgs).
Set into the six stat system of D&D, my highest stat would be Intelligence.
If you're the sort who thinks Charisma also encompasses physical attractiveness, then it's my lowest stat. If you're not then it's Strength. None of my stats are in dump level territory though.
Highest? Either Wisdom or Intelligence.
I don't believe in dumping stats, but my lowest is easily Charisma. Strength was dump level not long ago, but I've been going to the gym regularly.

Wis, con, and cha, all about 6.
I'd say Dexterity for me; though I believe that if I were a character I would have several slightly above average scores, and none really high. Though, I also wouldn't claim to have any dump stats. In the past, I'd have said Wisdom; but it seems to be a consistent thing amongst people, so that could just be youth
In order for me: Dexterity, Charisma, Strength, Wisdom, Intelligence, Constitution
Highest: Probably Charisma. I get along very well with others, I frequently find myself in de facto leadership positions, and I can usually convince other people to come around to my point of view, without being a jerk about it. (And, if you want to bring in the controversial "physical attractiveness" component, someone called me a "silver fox" the other day...)
Lowest: Probably Dexterity. I'm a total klutz, and have terrible reaction speed.
Lowest: Dex (I have the hand/eye coordination of your average house brick) or Cha
Highest: Int - Probably should be Con if I actually did any physical exercise - I am my own worst enemy.
Good stats: Intelligence, Dexterity
Average stats: Strength, Wisdom
Poor stats: Constitution, Charisma
I will say, that while I have a low Con, my Fortitude save is halfway decent. My Will save is right out, though.
Highest by far used to be Dex. Like, 18+. Sadly, I've been out of training for over 20 years, and it's probably around a 6 now.
I hate to be part of the "Cha dump stat" crowd, but I have, like, zero presence. In any group of 5+ people, typically none of the other four will remember I was there. I sometimes feel like Kragar, in the Vlad Taltos novels.
INt, Highest.
Wis, lowest. I'm just not the best self-starter and have a hard time analyzing people. I've strong tendencies to think the best of people despite everything.
My manual dexterity isn't bad, but my speed and agility are terrible since I have nerve damage to my left leg (used to be quite athletic).
Cha is so-so. I don't like to be pressured and will rise up against any such, but I conversely don't like to pressure others, either. I have little fear of public speaking, but because I don't like leadership positions I don't tend to take control of things. I've been in either educational or sales positions for twenty plus years, but I'm still single and unmarried.
My Str is straight average for height and weight, I probably have a higher Con since I rarely get sick and seem to have a decent pain tolerance, but you won't catch me running distances.

Highest is INT, which I used to rank up CHA based skills and I got my bonus language!
Lowest is DEX, definately.
I'm going to say my lowest would be Int, with Wis, Dex, and Cha my highest, Str and Con are somewhere in the middle.
I have a running joke that if I ever wrote a memoir, it would be entitled Charisma Is My Dump Stat. I make up for it by taking those traits that let you use Int for user interface skills.
Probably Wis as my highest, with Con and Int also above average. Dex would be average, Str (I'm a weenie) and Cha (shy introvert) would be the lowest.
Yarr, I see my stat block largely being modified as a whole based on my overall attention. Dump attention into work, school, girls, drugs, exercise, friends, meditation, reading, or just doing as I wish, food, music, whatever, and there is a 25-50% change in ability scores. My base stats are median human, and I've dumped attention into education, and work, and have neglected meditation and women.
Um I guess I favor high mental stats although WIS I think would be lowest and charisma inexplicably highest. Dump stat is dex due to a coordination affecting disorder of some sort.

Int is easily my highest stat. Top 10% LSAT score, tested into Mensa, etc.
Cha is easily my lowest. I can be short-tempered and condescending...hardly a winning combination.

I've been thinking about DnD stats and irl carryover and I'd simplify to 3 stats, logical, emotional, and physical. I've dumped emotional, but the other two are pretty good.

In order from highest to lowest:
INT - I'm smart. Or at least, if you asked me to pick one thing to do to save my life, it would be math.
DEX - I'm good at coordination. I fence, so if I were to stat myself up, I would be using Weapon finesse and a rapier.
STR - I'm reasonably fit.
CON - I'm reasonably fit.
WIS - I occasionally have a bad time telling what is and isn't a good plan. How much of that is me being silly and joking is unclear, and I intend to keep it that way.
CHA - People make no sense.

Highest Stat: Maybe Constitution. I almost never get sick.
The other possible choice is Wisdom. I tend to notice things other people don't.
Dump stat: Strength- It used to be Charisma, but I still have situational modifiers with charisma. :)
Between injuries and age those two have trade places.

I'd probably pick CHA as my highest as I seem to get along with others fairly well even when teasing them (and I have been able to convince people I'm really smart when I most certainly am not).
CON is definitely my dump stat though - I have had multiple major illnesses (i.e. life threatening to the point that I once literally had about 6 months to live) and while I am stable today a year ago I was in the hospital for over a week with a variety of problems.
Hmmm maybe that means CON is my highest as I've been 'written off' so many times yet am still here...

Probably because most of us gamers are nonathletic and asocial/socially awkward/inadept as a general majority, and are generally more adept at more intellectual pursuits. The kinds of people who don't have high INT and/or WIS and low STR and/or CHA are generally not the kinds of people who get into RPG gaming as a hobby, more often than not.
Exceptions exist, of course, but there's a good reason why those stats tend to be the norm.
I think that my highest stats are INT and WIS. Not saying that they are high, just my highest stats. I think they may be equal. I don't think that I have a dump stat. I think that they are all equal, like I'm all 11s and 12s or some such...

Not necessarily. Your initial assessment may be correct and you just keep rolling 20s on the really important FORT saves.
I'm pretty sure my dump stat is CON. I've been dealing with chronic pain problems for years and have asthma. That situation hasn't done good things for my STR either.
Since I'm a programmer and a video gamer, I'm going to guess that INT and DEX are my two main stats.

Probably because most of us gamers are nonathletic and asocial/socially awkward/inadept as a general majority, and are generally more adept at more intellectual pursuits. The kinds of people who don't have high INT and/or WIS and low STR and/or CHA are generally not the kinds of people who get into RPG gaming as a hobby, more often than not.

It's also a reflection of the kinds of tabletop gamers who frequent messageboards...

I will say that I'm usually the only person in one of these discussions who claims CHA as his/her highest stat!
(And my Wisdom is high enough to know to just stay out of the Rules and Advice forums...)
Highest would be...Intelligence, maybe? I have a degree. Charisma is also up there - after all I'm funny, charming, great to be around and modest to boot. Con is also high - I shrug off most things easily enough.
Dexterity is my Dump Stat. I have a bad knee and a bad back, and I walk with a permanent limp. The last time I ran (toddlers + traffic = fast Jon!) it was for a few seconds, but it left me in agony for days.
Dexterity would be my high stat, I am quick and agile, and can move like a ferret on caffeine when I need to, sweet 20 Dex!.
Dump stat, alas, is Charisma, as I have been told by a number of people that I may actually be rage given form. I am not unattractive physically, it is just that I am abrasive, and have a triple dose of short man syndrome (I am short, so, can't refute that.) Sigh, 7 Cha.
To round out the other four stats, I am quite intelligent (something like a 135 IQ) so 14 or so game wise, Decently, but not overly strong huzzah for 12, I smoke so, welcome to 10 Con, but thankfully (aside from smoking) seems I am pretty wise, as common sense and learning from my mistakes is something I do pretty well, so 13 Wis.
Oww, I would make a pretty good rogue, as long as party face was not my job, unless we wanted to insult and or anger everyone. I am even really good with daggers IRL, thinking of adding "the Weasel" to my name.

:D lol! I must be using my lucky die then (otherwise known as the Orange Die of DOOM! - it has some kind of weird half-spin down numbering then random placement for the bottom half of the numbers)

I'm a big guy, too big, and terribly out of shape, hence the low STR and DEX scores. Last time my IQ was check it was 142, so I'm a big above average. My WIS is pretty low; I don't always make good decisions, no matter how smart I might be. But I've always been told I'm a great friend and a good person to know, so CHA wins.

My Highest stat : Intelligence.
My lowest : Charisma, As my personality is quite gruf and I express myself quite badly.
So my ability score would be :
Strength 14 (quite strong and nasty grip)
Dexterity 12 (fast reflexes but not supple or skillfull)
Constitution 14 (rarely sick and it last less than a day)
Intelligence 16 : I have high IQ and an edeitic memory, but I have no control of it. My memory want only to stock horrors.
Wisdom 12 : I am affraid i am quite average, because I can make mistakes, big blunder of judgement, but I am also perceptive.
Charisma 8 : only animals, geek and nerds can stand my presence, and plants die in my vicinity.
Classes : I would got for Alchemist or Magus, but IRL I am specialised in IT and biotech.

I enjoyed this post. Rational can be dangerous without emotional balance, and rpg hasn't been a terribly destructive way to spend attention. I may have been outcast for tea-totaling on my friends choices but we'll probably make amends. At least there probably isn't irreperable damage. Oh and as the thread subject, int is my main stat and cha is my dump.

I just noticed I wrote "big above average" concerning my INT score. That was supposed to be the word "bit", instead. The irony.

Not sure exactly where'd that land me class-wise, and it does make me think about how I'd like to adjust certain aspects, or wonder how they might change over the years to come.
