I won't be running Hell's Rebels for a few months yet but I've already started grouping sources together in thematic lists like Aristocracy, Hell, Hope, Kintargo, Revolution, Secrets, and Tyranny.
The following feature heavily throughout my early playlists and thought the list might be helpful to other GMs. Let me know what music you'll be using so I can steal your ideas too! :p
Amadeus OST - Mozart/Various (plus a lot more of Mozart's works)
Assassin's Creed OSTs - Various
The Chronicles of Riddick OST - Graeme Revell
Dark Water OST - Angelo Badalamenti
Deliver Us From Evil OST - Christopher Young
Dishonored OST - Daniel Licht
Hannibal OSTs - Brian Reitzell
The Name of the Rose OST - James Horner
The Omen OST - Jerry Goldsmith
Penny Dreadful OST - Abel Korzeniowski
Sherlock OST - David Arnold & Michael Price
Silent Hill OSTs - Akira Yamaoka
Terminator OSTs - Various
Thief OST - Luc St-Pierre
The Witcher OSTs - Various
I suspect we'll need opera music later on, so getting the players used to that might help. I've been using Verdi's La Forza del Destino,
YouTube has a version conducted by Toscaninni, who I feel does the best job. Any other light opera would also work well, I think, from Die Fledermaus to Rossini.

My players have actually decided on two "unofficial" theme-songs for hell's rebels.
1: Keep Quiet - The Protomen (you'll need to search this one yourself)
2: My Revolution - Miracleofsound https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=939ACReWKfE
This is mostly due to my party being mostly LG and struggling with the idea of a revolution of chaos. Even if it is justified to take down a tyrant.

WOW. I kid you not, we have an almost-identical playlist. I'll be checking out the few OSTs on yours that we didn't already have! XD
In that spirit, here's a few things we have on our list that you didn't have, but that probably belong in the same box:
- The Fountain OST
- Max Richter (an artist, not a movie; he has a lot of very excellent piano stuff)
- Dead Space OST (for combat scenes with undead/devils and really horrifying tableaus)
- Two Steps from Hell, various stuff from their Ashes and Power of Darkness albums

I think I'm going with Puccini's Tosca and Turandot for operatic bits. Tosca is more pastoral and everyday, while Turandot is quite bombastic and has some great evil, threatening-sounding pieces.
Two Steps from Hell (Obviously lol)
I found the music for Batman: Arkham Origins and Arkham Knight OSTs work well with the night operations the PC carry out.
Soundtrack for Arcanum: Steamworks and Magic Obscura.
Absolutely! Perfect addition for tone and mood. I also use:

Bits and pieces here and there- his stuff is nice and easy to cherry-pick.

Pagliacci ("Vesti la giubba" has done good service, and the party's Slayer has sort of adopted it as his personal leitmotif after the bad guys picked off a couple of his "pet" NPCs)
That's it so far, unless you count the jerkwad bard player launching into "Do You Hear the People Sing?" at almost every opportunity...
