Holy Vindicator says:
The vindicator’s class level stacks with levels in any other class that grants the channel energy ability.
As far as I can tell, this means that if you have 3 classes with channel energy, the holy vindicator stacks with all 3 of them.

Not if they don't stack together normally. In the case of a c/p/hv, you have to choose which class it stacks with.

Where does it actually say that?
EDIT: okay, let me explain how I think it works:
You are a cleric 2/Paladin8/Holy Vindicator 10
When you channel, you need to select which class' channel you use (as per the "channels don't stack" ruling). You can channel as a level 12 (2+10) cleric, or as a level 18 (8+10) paladin, since the vindicator stacks with any class that gives you channel.

I'm particularly fond of the Envoy of Balance myself. That said, it only stacks with Channel Positive Energy if it's from a neutral cleric that can also Channel Negative Energy (with the Versatile Channeler feat).
