@Jack Brown: Your recent session should be repaired. The repeatable scenarios bug has not been fixed yet but is in our queue.
@UndeadMitch: Where are you expecting to see these sessions to show up? I see two sessions of Tears and two sessions of Emerald Spire in your GM sessions tab.
Are you supposed to have 4? If so, do you know what event they're from or any other information about the missing sessions?
There was a post early this morning by Cire back at 2:34 am that had a solution for my problem. I was able to take care of it after looking at my sessions for the events I ran them under. It looks like they had become unselected in session reporting. I was able to go back into the event reporting, re-add the missing items to the events in question, then reselect the modules for the missing sessions. So everything is good on my end

Blakros Matrimony was missing for me as well, but fortunately for me, it was a session I reported myself. I had to add 4-09 to the event since it inexplicably wasn't there while every other session I reported to that event code was in the drop-down.
Also, I have the Thornkeep problem as well. I ran the Accursed Halls, but it says Sanctum of a Lost Age.

Every other session of that event that I ran doesn't show a date in the leftmost column, but that was an existing oddity.

Things I've noticed:
1) Now that Thornkeep, Emerald Spire, Dragons Demand, et. al. have been separated into their component parts again...
- All entries show as the 1st one
- you can change them to the appropriate one
- You must add each player again and delete their old entry to get rid of the "they've played this before" error.
2) I was able to correct a previous error that showed me playing (-12) and GM'ing (-2) with the same character, even though they were not the same character.
3) Blakross Matrimony was also missing for me. I could have sworn I have GM'd it twice, but could only track down one GM session of it.
- GM sessions does not show records of this, even if you've GM'd it and its been reported.
- player record sessions will show this scenario.
- Event sessions will show this scenario
- If you have access to report the event, you can edit the session tied to this scenario and you'll find that the scenario is not entered. So enter the scenario, save, and it will add Blakros Matrimony back into your sessions GM'd.
- Hopefully for the, at least one more, session that I GMd of this, whatever fix that's done to fix Blakros Matrimony will add it back to my list. It isn't a huge deal though, as it would push me from 218 to 219 sessions GM'd.
4) Reporting unregistered characters is now possible again.
Hope this helps.

I lost all of my Emerald Spire runs. At My Pathfinder Society I can't find them in my GM sessions, but if I look at all completely reported scenarios they are there. I tried the fix mentioned in this thread and it did help for Tower Ruins. However I had some problems with the other levels, for example the Godhome level. I can select it from the dropdown menu, but when I save the session it doesn't show the name of the level in GM sessions.
I'll have some clicking to do this evening, it seems.

If you can track down the event #s and the dates, your local VC should be able to go in and fix the problems with Blackros Matrimony - I was able to fix my own and those of a few of my local GMs earlier.
I suspect the same is true about Emerald Spire (I'll be delving into that for another of my local GMs tomorrow). Hope that helps!

Throws hands in the air.....
Just went in to fix my 10 missing tables and worked out that when I log into the scenario, the scenario name does not display. Went and edited the event to display the scenario, edited the scenario and my table went up by one.
Cool, I think to myself, now go in and select the 10 scenarios I am missing (they appeared to be random tables, ranging from season zero to six and as far back as 2010).
Go back into the event and select the scenarios I need. While I am in there, notice a heap of scenarios selected that I didn't select, so clean that up.
Go back to the events and edit each event.....now I have lost about 30 tables, but have the 10 tables I was originally missing. Arrrgggg....
Going to leave this and come back to it in a week

Having GMs track down their missing games on their own is not a solution. Paizo said that the cleanup was to fix data integrity problems. Whether those problems are fixed or not, I don't know, but there certainly have been some major NEW problem introduced.
As someone who was working to get to 5 stars at Gen Con, fixing data that I've already put into the system is a disincentive.

I might be one of the lucky ones. I did an export of my scenarios with a nifty bookmarklet a few months ago while reviewing what I needed to qualify for my 5th star. I was able to locate what I was missing and fix everything except #23925 Blackros Matrimony because it was the only one that I did not report myself.

Well, that's interesting...
I just went in to "fix" my reporting for a table of Thornkeep from 09/06/2013 -- the only "scenario" listed.
I then went into edit the event itself, and then added the other levels to the event. Then I could edit the sessions and make it work.
I have done so for the sessions that I have access to do. I'll be looking into the rest later...

The suggestion was, we can just report which scenarios are missing and they would be fixed, or we could fix them ourselves. What is the solution for those who no longer have the information to do either?
One game of Blakros Matrimony I didn't take a Chronicle for; the other was long enough ago that I don't have the reporting sheet for it. I really can't tell what else might be missing without a full audit of all my PCs, and even that doesn't help when you don't take a GM Chronicle.

So I'm feeling really fortunate I just did a full dump to PDF of my GM sessions page when it got fixed from the last hiccough...

FYI, Blakros Matrimony was released in November 2012, so you shouldn't have to look back farther than that.
I did find one game of it which I had reported - it shows up in the Reporting page, but not in the Sessions page. Will now go back through all my reported games to see what other players' records we can repair.

With all of this trouble with Blakros Matrimony, I'm going to predict scenario 7-09 will be titled The Blakros Divorce.
I now have this strange image of a divorce scenario with Exchange faction members getting a boon for assisting the Abadaran lawyers on one side and Dark Archive faction members getting a boon for assisting Asmodian lawyers on the other...
... and PCs running around the Blackros Museum to "secure" evidence / assets for the court.

Actually, my Blakros Matrimony is missing too...as well as the table I ran on 3/1/15...have to check at the store to find out what that was.
EDIT: Very odd...it was Cyphermage Dilemma. The credit shows where it was applied to my -11 character, but it does not show up on the GM Sessions page. Blackros is also missing from the GM Sessions page.

Isn't a blackrose divorce the golarion equivalent of a divorce from the law offices of Smith and Wesson?
I've been picturing some combination of Scars of the 3rd Crusade and Fortress of the Nail, with maybe a bit of Red Harvest thrown in.
But what do you expect when a Hellknight marries into one of the most unlawful and powerful families this side of the Sczarni.
Also, I'm convinced Zarta is somehow involved in splitting them up.

My two sessions to be corrected still. The strange part is they still show up ok in my character pages, which is where I got that info from.

Redid all of the module stuff I ran and got most of my credit back :D I am only missing 9 GM Credit and its the Bug dealing with running the same scenario multiple times. Thank you for the updates. This helps when I get emails and I can refer back here. I will address this come or next game night. Most of my GMs know now.
Good luck eradicating the bugs and remember to get some grub and sleep. I will buy you a beer come Gen-Con

I dropped from 110+ to 84... Still got 4 stars though.
Hmm, I suspect alot of it has to do with running games for my local lodge. I'll have to get in touch with my local VC about it.
EDIT: Nope, it was all me. That pesky Emerald Spire reporting... Once I changed it back to its proper level, I went back up to 114. I'm not sure off the top of my head exactly where I was, but this is good enough.

I'm missing 2 levels of Emerald Spire. I have all the information for these, and can enter them again if I should take the action item.
I'm missing a session of the Midnight Mauler for which I have NO recollection for other than my paper GM chronicle for it...
As an aside, thank you so much for the hard work that goes into this.

The odd thing with all this was I ended up with more tables of credit then I remembered having. This must have been one of the other fixes that were talked about. I couldn't find it, but I remember (correctly or not) that there was an issue with some of the modules not reporting as 2 credits before. Looks like that was the fix for me. I was able to change the Spire tables I ran, so that was easy enough. The Thornkeep table was a little tougher, but was fixed. I'm not running into the Blakros Matrimony issue, as I've not played or judged it yet. I am looking forward to it, the Blakros family is an interesting one.
Cire |
I was able to fix all but one of my Emerald Spires. So still missing 2 table credits. Eh. Not that concerned about that part of it but I would like to get it fixed eventually just for the sake of doing so.
I fixed all the Thornkeep that I had entered but still have several that I need changed to the right level for me and finding the person who did the reporting will be problematic. Do we just list this out here or should we send an email to the same place the "report a problem with this session" sends to?
wakedown |
... we have a foundation of reliable data we can use for the next generation of Organized Play feature sets.
FWIW, I wasn't criticizing the issues, but more curious what we got, and implementing better constraints/integrity is a good thing. I think I remember hearing people having issues reporting Emerald Spire, which seems to be fixed, so that would be one for the list?
As for my missing tables, like many of the others here, I was able to go into them, select the scenario and submit them, and all is well again.

I lost about 10 tables of credit (went from ~80 down to 71). Seeing the posts on Emerald Spire that appears to be the main culprit. I ran 4 separate levels (8 credits) of that last year and see none in my history.
Unfortunately, I was just the GM (not the Coordinator), so I honestly don't know the event # details. I probably lost 1 or 2 other tables, but fixing the Emerald Spire error should be 90% of my issues.
Anyone have an idea how to fix this?
Viskous |
Well, I'm still confused. I expected to lose 8 tables and stayed exactly the same. But I did notice that I had a duplicated table, with the wrong PC # attached. I'll go over it with a finer tooth comb, but maybe the module credit thing and the card game thing just exactly canceled each other out? Seems a pretty big coincidence to me.
