Folks,
When the new code for paizo.com rolls during this evening's downtime, we'll be fixing a lot of little bugs and problems with the Pathfinder Society scoring system. Generally speaking, this should return some missing sessions to your record, but as with any major code revision there's a chance some things will fall through the cracks.
There may also be some slight shifts in star ratings. The system currently counts Adventure Card Guild sessions toward your star rating, but it shouldn't, and this will be fixed with the new code.
Please take a look at your personal play records following the reappearance of the site, and let our customer service team know if you see any problems.
Thanks!

I'm missing the tables of Tears at Bitter Manor that I ran, as well as two tables of Emerald Spire level one. Also, I noticed that Wardens of the Reborn Forge has four parts in the reporting system. Is part four for reporting in Seeker Arc mode? If so, and if I GM in campign mode and take the bonus chronicle, should I report it?

I'm missing GM credit for three sessions that I'm pretty sure were shown a few days ago
- 10-Jun-2013 #4-09 The Blakros Matrimony
- 12-Dec-2014 Emerald Spire: Godhome (GM Rating +2)
- 13-Feb-2015 #6-05 Slave Ships of Absalom
I ran a table audit last week, and those sessions are marked off as being present on paizo.com
I also ran an audit on my wife's tables (she's closing in on her 4th star, so she wants an accurate table count); I'll try to check her status tomorrow

I have 5 tables of Emerald spire that have disappeared from my table count.
When I look under the sessions that I have reported for Emerald Spire I see them, but they do not show up on my GM'd tab and they are not counted in my table count.
So, who do we report these to?
I have dates, event numbers, event names, etc for whats missing.

All the RotRL Sessions have been set to the default "Burnt Offerings", 6 times. All the other books have disappeared and instead show as Burnt Offerings.
So basically confirming what Auke Teeniga said.
Also, reporting for repeatable scenarios like The Confirmation has not been fixed, you can still not receive GM credit more than once for those (at least not in the system)

Ok. New information.
I went into Gm/Event Coordinator and turned on my old completely reported sessions and found the session containing the missing table. Even though it showed "Emerald Spire Superdungeon - Level 1", when I clicked on edit, nothing was selected in the dropdown. I reselected the scenario from the dropdown and... viola, it is showing again in my table count.
I got 8 of my tables back that way. Now for the 1 that I didnt report...

I just checked this out, and it worked for me as well, I was able to fix my missing tables of credit this way.

Same for me. Got my tables back now.

I am missing 16 tables of credit. I have not even checked my Player Credit yet. Anything I ran for Thornkeep seems to be Age of a Lost Sanctum and any Emerald Spire I have run comes up as Level 1 Tower Ruins. I hope this helps the tech team. I will not touch anything in editing. I will email my fellow JAX VOs and see if they are having the same issues.

That happened to me with Tears at Bitter Manor, I just had to edit the session to add back in the parts that were missing.
Edit: I have my 60 tabes of GM credit reported now, but am missing my third star.

I've had a similar bug where every level of Emerald Spire reports as the same dropping me from 68 to 42 tables, yet it still shows my 3rd star.
Edit: Going back and re-selecting the scenario also worked for me. Strangely though I still had to do it for the Tower Ruins games actually reported as Tower Ruins. Back up to 64, which is where I should be without having 2 other GM'ed games fixed from reporting by others. I'm not sure those will ever return, unless there is a Paizo site wide fix (I would not want to be a major event reporter for events that had Module sessions.)

It is a very odd symptom but I am hoping this gives them some diagnostic information to fix this systemically.
Thornkeep seems to be broken as well. All 13 of my tables that I have run are showing up as part 4. I have all of the information on which events and sessions are which if it will help diagnose the problem.

For Spire, you need to make sure all the Spire modules are available in the event. I saw this as well this morning, but I need to go to a table audit as well as it looks like I lost a table or 2 of Spire credit.
Yeah. There is an entry in the dropdown for "Select Scenario" when reporting but it doesnt seem to work. As Nick said, seems you have to have added it to the event specifically so it is in the dropdown proper.
You used to be able to show all scenarios to select from.

I was at 144, now at 121.
I think it was 144, may have been a few less, I can't remember.
A lot of We Be Goblins games are getting the "already played" message. I shall go through a bunch of my current games and see if some of them will go through where they didn't before.
Any changes to the regular PFS vs. Core reporting? Did you guys fix some of the nagging problems with that?
wakedown |
Lost only 2 tables of credit and they were the 2 most recent ones I logged, so that can be easily fixed if its not fixing itself with some sort of data recovery effort.
Also, I think all my Runelords AP tables all became "Burnt Offerings" vs their respective chapters. The credit shows up the same though.
What were the good things we got from this effort?
