New to PBP, GM for many years, looking for online PFS official to play in...

I've been GMing since before second edition... and have DMed/GMed a lot over those years...

I'm looking for a good PFS game to play. I teach at University and have a lot of time where I can post...

I have an Alchemist 4.2 I'd like to play, or something else higher (I have a few to choose from). I also just picked up a Sylph Boon in trading, so am considering a Sylph Rogue. I could GM Credit him to level 2 or 3... or start at 1....

GenCon showed me again how fun it can be to NOT be the person in charge of the game... so I'm looking for that here. (because in person, I have that "GM Curse".... always a GM, never a Player...)

Welcome to the boards, gabryl.

To get into PBP, you look through the recruitment thread looking for a game that you'd like to apply for.
When you find one you like create a character for that game following the GM's character creation rules and put the character's data into an alias.

Now since GMs are in short supply and many apply.
Odds of being chosen are low, it's normal.

Also learn the formatting that is used in character
Bold is for talking
Italic is for thoughts
ooc is for Out Of Character discussion

Alias Creation:

Click Account at the top of the page
Enter password
In Messageboard Aliases click Create new Alias
Fill in the character's name in the alias name.
->Click the Change button to select an avatar for the alias.
->Find avatar you want and Click Submit or select this avatar
Click submit.
Enter the alias and fill in the profile, best make the character in a notepad file first, then paste it into the profile page.

alias creation is a little different if you want PFS.
go to Account, but instead of message board alias, go down a little bit to PFS section. click Make Changes, then register you PFS character. XD
