Artificer
Warlock
Dread Necromancer
Lycanthrope like base class
Spellthief
From my general consensus from researching what multiple people want, these seem to be the classes. Could Paizo please consider these 5 classes for some of their next books?
I personally have been waiting long for the artificer and the dread necromancer.

Engineer- d8 HD, 3/4 BA, 4+int SP, fort/will good saves, uses bombs, prof. with all guns and other gadget related weapons, no spellcasting, gains tech related discoveries like alchemist bombs, tech grafting, robot building, etc..
Shapeshifter- d8 or d10 HD 4+int SP, fort/will good saves, no spellcasting, can change into different creature types based on level, gains bonuses and more abilities while in different forms.
Psychic related- A large variety of classes with this category wich includes(but not limited by) a psychic mage type, a psychic warrior type, a psychic healer type, and a psychic skill monkey type. It would be nice to see a class focused on telekinesis as a supernatural power or telepathy.
Bloodsavant- d8 HD, 3/4 BA, at least 4+Int SP, sorcerer bloodline focused class that gets more bloodline powers and ether a bard level caster or no casting but has supernatural and spell like abilities.
Warlock like class- d8 HD, 3/4BA, will good save, walock like class that relies on supernatural energy attacks that can be used as a ranged or melee touch, can also shape blast into lines, cones, bursts(centered on user) and has other abilities related to this concept. But call it something else other then a warlock please.
Monster related class- d10HD, full BA, fort/ref good saves, can take on traits and abilities of monsters, no spellcasting, but spell like powers is a option though. Not a actual shapeshifter but can gain wings, darkvision, energy resistance, spell powers, gaze attacks, immunities(fear, poison, petrification, etc.), scent, swim speed, breath weapon, aura effects, etc.
Martial class with companion- I would love a d10 HD class with a animal companion, magical beast companion, or dragon companion. No spellcasing but has an ability that works like lay on hands but only works on animals, magical beast, and maybe dragons.

There are some pretty neat ideas being tossed around here. I really like the idea of a Monster-mimic class, as suggested by Dragon78; makes me think of 3.5's totemist class.
Anyway, I personally am not wishing for a warlock or artificer class from Paizo; I dip heavily into 3rd party and I can say the market is literally overflowing with classes like those. More power to Paizo if they do, I just feel like its not needed. No, some ideas I'd like include:
Sage: A mystical, WIS-based, arcane caster. I would really like a class in this vain, especially if it uses a spontaneous witch spell list for casting.
Harrier: A martial class that puts an emphasis on momentum.
Medium: I know there are a few of these but I love the idea of a spirit-talker class, using ghost for supernatural causes and creating haunts on the spot.
As for psionics from Paizo- I cannot say I'm in any hurry to see what they put out, as they mentioned it would use the same system as spells, though I would love it if they used Spell-like/supernatural abilities as psychic powers- maybe even make a Psychic base class that is sorta of like the 3.X Warlock- tons of mystical abilities but not really a caster.

Tarzan/Jungle Girl type class- d10 or d12 HD, full BA, Fort/Ref good saves, 4+int SP, some unarmed skill, monk like AC but uses Cha instead of Wis. WP prof. would include club, spear, short bow, quarterstaff, boomerang, whip, long spear, long bow, net, lasso, great club, blowgun, dart, dagger, hand axe, sling, bolos, and maybe one additional weapon based on terrain/culture he was raised. Gains animal companion option but can choose other things. Specialized in terrain it was raised such as favored terrain(one terrain only but better), special movement(near water-swim speed, jungle/forest-climb speed, desert-burrow speed, etc.). Gains low-light vision, darkvision, scent and maybe blind sense. Has resistance/immunity to diseases and poisons also a constant endure elements effect. Becomes one with the land and eventually no longer needs to eat, drink, or sleep in his domain. Also maybe gets fast healing in is favored terrain.

almost all of these have been done in 3pp. In fact @omnomnid, Harrier is a multiclass archetype.

Some ones I've played with and would love to see.
Augur/Medium: A character cursed with supernatural vision, but with little to none of divine backing and spellcasting of the oracle. More of a modern fantasy trope, they are the ghost psychics, spirit detectives, and Constantines of the world. They see too much, know just enough to be dangerous, and though they aren't emissaries of gods or devils, they have a lot of friends on the other side.
Noble: There's a lot of takes on a noble class, but I'd like one that spends more time being inspired by noble characters of myth and legend, instead of focusing on the narrow role of rich urban guy with clout. The right to rule can be achieved in many ways (divine right, strength of arms, a pact with dark powers) that could all be turned into features to create a class that people and events inexplicably gravitate around.
Trickster: While characters such as Coyote or the Monkey King might not be traditionally mortal men, they have such ubiquitous presence in myth and story that the trickster seems like a natural fit for a class, with a wide slew of possible powers. A shape-shifting outcast and hermit with ties to the wilder aspects of nature and a drive to mischief.
Mutant/Forged/Stitched/Chimera: A Constitution class built around characters who have transfigured by a curse, stitched with monstrous parts, mutated by alchemy, or reforged in cruel machine pits. Similar to the synthesist summoner, but properly balanced and with a focus on endurance and survivability over spell support. Another more recent character trope, but one that is prevalent enough in many games to warrant development in an accessory.
