F*+#ing bureaucrats
That reminds me, last week the wife finally noticed the birthdate on her driver's license was incorrect (wrong day of the month). So she goes to the license center, is there for several hours, and finally gets a new license.
Later, at home, she realized they got the year wrong and she was now under 21. So, back she went the next day.
I will admit - I laughed.

May the Fourth be with you!!!
Crazy s#$& here in Dallas. Them sonsofb@#$!es will learn - DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS!!
Another day, another dollar. Sadly, that's about all I've got to say today.
Another year, more gray hair.
Finally, after more than 20 years, I got to see The Flash battle Gorilla Grodd on screen. It was pretty cool.
Time to go get some s@~~ done.

You're thread was invaded by a spammer this morning. Not to worry, I flagged it and now it has been obliterated.
Say what?!? Was it Baba J and his blackmagiclove? I know some folks who could use a little of that.....
Otherwise - Thanks. I hadn't been in since yesterday morning.
And I've got a meeting in about 15 minutes, so I won't be here long.
Happy Friday! It's going to be a busy day, and an even busier weekend.
My nephew's birthday is tomorrow. I bought him that Pathfinder mini set with the Svathurim and the Frost Worm. Tomorrow I'll my brother and I are taking him and his younger sister to see Age of Ultron. My boy won't be going. His mother thinks he's still a bit too young for the level of violence the movie supposedly contains.
And, of course, Sunday is Mother's Day.
Then, on Monday, my wife leaves for a week long work trip to Brazil. So next week I'll be single-parenting.
I got some good news the other day, however. The founding president of my Fraternity Chapter is going to be in Houston for a visit during the first week of June. There are several alumni here (including myself), many of whom I was unaware of. So we're planning a get together of some sort.
Anyway, the visitor, Steve - haven't seen him in way too long. Probably nearly 20 years. He's the reason we have Cystic Fibrosis as our philanthropy, and the reason I still donate periodically to the CF Foundation.
My brother Steve has CF, you see. He's lived with that s*+* for 50+ years. He is an inspiration to me. He's never stopped fighting. Never given up. After numerous health scares over the years. Even after losing his older brother to the same disease. My brother just keeps going.
Whenever I hear of people struggling, I just think "If I could wish them the same strength as Steve, I would."

I'll make sure you get a commission for any successful referrals made.

Today is my nephew's ninth birthday. I shall accompany my younger brother in taking the nephew and this younger sister to see Age of Ultron.
The boy forced his mother out of bed this morning with those most powerful of words: "I love you, Mommy."

I enjoyed Age of Ultron. Joss Whedon did another great job.
Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there!
Baby girl said a new word this morning - fart. Dainty, she is not. I was so proud.
Bonus for the wife - both kids slept in today. Playing with their cousins yesterday just wore them out.

Now I'm teaching baby girl to say "Om nom nom nom" when she eats.
Between the two comic cubes I purchased, I have sixteen drawers to fill. I've already filled 5 of them, and have started on #6, with just my Flash, Batman, and Detective Comics.
Unfortunately, this means I will most decidedly not have space for all my comics in these cubes.

Happy Mother's Day!
It's easier working a job with a time limit. I'm solo happy to be shaking this job! Kids, study hard and don't go into retail!!!!!

May not attention to yon nekkid drow hussy, my good, Dwarven friend! He's speaks only from a place of envy and hate. His loathing of the Glorious Lord Whedon knows know bounds, and leads him into the depths of depravity.
And, having typed that, I realize that Whedon and Whorfin sound way too similar.
Could Joss be a Red Lectroid from Planet 10?!?
Also: Drunken lies are some of the most fun.

I initially read this as "Red Lobster".
I am hungry.

Happy Monday! The wife flies out later tonight for a work trip to Brazil. She'll be gone until early Sunday morning.
