I was going to reply to this, but I just can't seem to muster the energy for some reason.

Okay, reading that the shipping is going to extend to the 20th (or possibly longer), I can assume everything is going okay, even though my orders #3159706 (KS) & #3144496 are still listed as 'pending'?
I'm asking because I can access the Kickstarter pdf's, but not the pdf's for the other subscription-products like the Numeria book, or AP#84.

I'm somehow glad that Zaister is in the same boat.
Not because of schadenfreude.
Us european charter subscribers, a dying breed it seems...
(Zaister: I really would like to have that Superscriber tag, but can't afford it, nor do I have the space that would require. You lucky basterd.)

Warehouse is on track to finish shipping subscriptions out by Friday June 20th.
Kickstarter items are going to take longer. Because this is quite different than our regular subscriptions Will doesn't have a good ETA on when his people will have these wrapped up.
We are having a issue with shipping of orders not triggering the PDFs into people's accounts. The tech team is putting out some fires, including this and the issues customers are reporting with check out not working. We will make sure everyone's PDFs are granted as soon as we possibly can, but I do not have an ETA on when exactly that will occur.
Kickstarter Reward PDFs were granted differently than subscriptions as they were separate parts of reward tiers and not linked to the shipping of the physical product.
Currently after a week of overtime, Customer Service is still holding steady at about 650 emails in our inbox. We are working as fast as we can and trying to make sure issues that are on an immediate timeframe (like cancellations of pending orders) are resolved.
Sorry for any confusion and inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

I can confirm that. According to the email I got, part of my order #3146162 just shipped which contains, among various Kickstarter rewards, the Blood of the Elements book, but the PDF isn't available for downloading yet.

The rest of my subscription order (except comics) just shipped too, but still no PDFs.
Same here: I got the shipping emails for the regular subscription items, but have no access to the pdf's.

Woo Hoo. And my Shipping Notification just came through for the remaining Subs. :)
I was just about to got to bed too. Guess I'll be DLing me some Paizo goodness instead.
EDIT: Never mind, I have no downloads. It wasn't an actual Shipping Notification after all (and I now realise, neither was the one for my minis), it was an "we expect to ship by" notification instead. Guess I'm still waiting another few days... :/

I got the email saying that my June subs have been finalized for shipping. The PDFs are still not in my downloads. I have to admit, I can't remember from previous months whether this is normal or not. Should the PDFs show up once the orders are no longer "pending" but listed as "shipping"? Or do they only show up once they are actually physically shipped?

We usually get PDFs with the email titled "Paizo Order#xxxxx Shipment" (the one sent out before that is just "Paizo Order #xxxxx")
That email usually looks like this:
A package containing $x items from Paizo Order #xxxxxx is expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by $date via $method, estimated 9 to 36 business days in transit.
(address, list of order items)
This order has been processed and finalized for shipment. It can no longer be altered.
You may view your order online at
https://secure.paizo.com/paizo/account/orders/$orderYou may download the PDF edition of $item at
https://secure.paizo.com/paizo/account/assets
If you have that email without the final PDF download line, it sounds like you've been affected by the glitch that failed to give people their PDF downloads.

If you have a subscription order that has not shipped, please let us know so we can see what's holding it up as at this point, we think we've finished shipping subscription orders. Please note, we have a very large backlog right now for customer service issues and it may take a bit for us to respond.
We're still working on shipping kickstarter packages. Please do not contact us about a kickstarter package until we let people know we've wrapped up shipping. The email sent out when we generated labels (about June 11th) should have said "is expected to ship from our warehouse by June 20th," however, we are still shipping these packages out. Tracking for packages with tracking available, will not show up until up to 3 days after the package leaves the warehouse. Additionally, with our standard shipping method, a some packages slip through their system without getting scanned for tracking and they are on their way, even if the tracking doesn't update.
thank you for you patience everyone!

How's the shipping going? I haven't seen a ship notice for my sub order yet. I'm trying to be patient, but am curious. (There were some complications with my add-on order that I realize may have bumped me down the list.)
Almost all the subscription stuff is out the door. It looks like your order needed a little push to get moving which I've just done.

I know it's been said that this happens for a few days, but my subscriptions page still says the next shipment is the end of July for like $115 or around there (3 ap's, ACG, and some other stuff.)
EDIT: forgot to ask my question. Is that what the next shipment is, or is it going to be something different. I just want to make sure I have my ducks in a row for when the next subscription order triggers.

Does anybody know how long the Customer Service backlog is? That is, if we sent an email several days ago (last Friday actually), how long should it be before we start to worry if it was missed? I know that patience is required because they're overwhelmed right now, but I don't know if that means days or weeks.

But that issue is why I was hoping they could do an update on when and what for July.
For example from the Product Schedule, I know I should be expecting the following:
- Pathfinder Pawns: Bestiary 4 Box
- Pathfinder Flip-Mat: City Gates
- Pathfinder Cards: Tides of Battle
- Pathfinder Adventure Path #83: The Slave Trenches of Hakotep
- Pathfinder Adventure Path #84: Pyramid of the Sky Pharaoh
- Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Mummy's Mask Map Folio
- Pathfinder Player Companion: People of the River (PFRPG)
in mid-July - But does that mean CC are going to be tagged on the 9th, the 15th?
It seems like the monthly product has been coming closer and closer to the authorization date, which makes sense because they are really busy... but it makes it hard for the consumer to have their own ducks in a row.

I think things may often tend to back up this time of year. I've only been a subscriber for a little more than a year, so I can't speak from long experience. However, last year around this time I seem to recall we also had a subscription shipment or two that had more than once month of AP volumes in it. I think GenCon crunch season is just a major time for gaming companies.
