Powerful Dips for Skills?

Advice

Anything to increase skills by using the least amount of levels as possible?

Bard or Rogue have the best range.

Scarab Sages

Bard or Ranger are better than rogue for adding more than just skills. Expert NPC class if you want to add as many diverse class skills as possible.

Anything specific would help. Something that would increase a number of skills i.e. by +5, for example?

Inquisitor gets 6 ranks per level, and 2 first level abilities that can juice skills (Monster Lore adds WIS and INT to knowledge checks vs creature abilities, Stern Gaze will give you a +1 on Intimidate and Sense Motive (assuming you only dip 1 level).

Also, if you take Heresy or Conversion inquisition you can use WIS instead of CHA for all those 'party face' skills, which might help your character be less MAD depending on our build.

Pathfinder Delver is really good. 8+int skills, Trap Finding, and Bardic Knowledge. Prerequisites are tame as well.

Rogue gives you +8 skill points. If you are looking for a permanent way then no. At best you can be human which gives you a skill point each level, then stick with your favorite class and take skill point for your favorite class bonus. It's +2 per level of skill points.

trapper ranger is a great dip for extra skills- 6+Int skill points, trapfinding, +2 to 2 saves, and +1 BAB (and d10 hp). if you later decide to dip a 2nd level for a few more skill points you'll also get a combat feat that you don't need to meet the requirements for.

Might depend on what skills your trying to get access to.

Investigator would work if you're not multiclassing from rogue or alchemist.

lots of class skills, 6 skill points, plus a free 1d6 on any int-based skill check that you have trained a point in. And 1d6 to any other roll at the cost of inspiration (depending on intelligence)

Plus trapfinding, alchemy, and some extracts.

Inquisitor with conversion inquisition is surprisingly effective as u can convert almost all social skills to wisdom. That on average is a +5 swing per skill if u dumped charisma, pretty potent. Bard with bard knowledge is much less narrow and provides a boost to knowledge and the ability to roll without a skill rank.

Really depends on what skill you are trying to do. Some sorcerer lines give access to stuff, familiars with wizards do, synthesist summonero, rogue classes do etc.

Anything for Bluff, Diplomacy, Disguise, Sense Motive?

definitely sorcerer, wizard, and synth summoner at least for bluff. If you're kitsune also kitsune trickster if you have a decent intelligence score.

Adding two levels gets you Versatile performance, well-versed

Again conversion inquisition or Heresy conversion help 3 of the 4.

Another Inquisitor Archetype also allows using WIS for Stealth, in addition to those mentioned.

A Human Alt Racial Trait gives you 3 bonus Skill Focus Feats over a range of levels.
(including one at 1st, which is replacing the normal "free choice" Human Bonus Feat)

Bard Versatile performance at 2nd level (and every 4 levels after) lets you use one Perform skill to sub for 2 others (per type of Performance). That could be useful if you are taking levels of another class with few skill ranks, so you basically get 2 for 1 using CHA for both (and can apply the benefit from one Skill Focus Feat, etc).
