magus render EK PRC null and void?

Bladed dash is inner sea magic (regional magic is regional in some campaigns - written in a different language and unknown to outsiders).

Also unlike d.door:
30 ft only
a straight line
barriers stop it
you go through dangerous auras/areas in-between
movement effects slow it
needs line of sight to end point to cast
only one attack not all your attacks

Granted it does give int to hit which is a boon.

Sylph Gunslinger (Musket Master) 1, Wizard (Spellslinger –no divination, enchantment, illusion, transmutation) 1, Eldritch Knight 10 build.

Don't know why people bother qualifying with aasimar when (non-bs sources/sub-species aside) sylph is better to qualify with... better feats, better spells, +2 int and +2 dex....

i posted an alternative or two on another thread a while ago...

also, how is your gunslinger 1/spellslinger 1 qualifying for eldritch knight? a lot of people like the base aasimar for EK because its daylight ability lets them get into the class earlier than most builds.

How?

Sylph gets feather fall, which is not a level 3 arcane spell.

Sky Speaker gets speak with animals, which is a 3rd level bard spell, but it's also a level 1 druid spell, so the ability counts as divine according to precedence (sorcerer/wizard, cleric, druid, bard, paladin, ranger). No EK qualification here.

Musket Master 1 provides no 3rd-level arcane spells.

Spellslinger 1 provides no 3rd-level arcane spells.

Am I missing something?

That its also divine is irrelevant.

Do spells only count as belonging to the lowest of what among ALL the classes, races, prestige classes, monsters can cast them as?

Sky Speaker: Sylphs with this racial trait feel kinship toward the creatures of the air, and can use speak with animals once per day to speak to birds or other flying animals. Her caster level for these effects is equal to her level. This racial trait replaces the sylph's spell-like ability racial trait.

You can ask questions of and receive answers from animals, but the spell doesn't make them any more friendly than normal. Wary and cunning animals are likely to be terse and evasive, while the more stupid ones make inane comments. If an animal is friendly toward you, it may do some favor or service for you.

But I feel the BURN! Makes one of my characters and some I have allowed illegitimate.
Have to update a guide I made for my players to suit :(

If you are the GM just house rule it. Or consider if the character is as OP as you told us a bit up thread, and nerf it;)
