Late to the party, been spending every free moment doing layout and final editing. Trying to get the book done.
Okay so class summary:
1. Battle Lord: martial battlefield commander that gives "orders" to his allies
2. Conduit here: Magic absorbing son of a gun. See link.
3. Demiurge: Philosopher-Poet Socrates inspired that can make "idea" constructs called facsimiles
4. Medium: Play a medium and allow a spirit to share your shell of a body.
5. Metamorph as above what Ken said.
6. Momentumist: Factotum / 4e leader class inspired / hero point based
7. Mnemonic: Monkish class that can steal, mimic, emulate skills/abilities etc... modify minds
8. Mystic: Alex mentioned it above.
9. Pauper: focuses on the emotions of hope and despair of the world and carries the wait of the world.
10. Survivor: survivalist or extreme sports enthusiast? Primal animal.
11. Synergist: The sidekick to an adventuring party that works with the success of others.
12. Umbra (formally known as plane-touched) - as mentioned above
13. Warloghe: form a bond with a mischievous spirit and summon them for area of effects.
I am working on getting it to backers asap. Still finishing layout.

The Battlelord is a battlefield support class that can hold its own on the front line while supporting its companions. There is a fair bit of variety in the class as well; one of my groups is thinking about playing through Kingmaker as a party of all Battlelords.
Thanks for the shout out! Also, that is an excellent campaign for the Battlelord to really show off and a great one for an all BL party, but make sure someone invests in UMD! I'm pretty sure I forgot to include the Paratrooper Drill that provides the party with overland flight....
Passion is why the Battelord and Akasha from SSalarn is as awesome as it is.
You sir, are a highly perceptive gentleman and clearly a scholar of superior intellect, and I salute you.

I have my ups and downs with developers and their decisions. That is to say that I have disagreed with your assessments occasionally on various issues involving class balance n such.
On the other hand I always see you working on your projects with enthusiasm and the drive to realize your imagination on paper. I think that the stuff you make is probably better of sticking to your vision than mine anyway, so it's probably for the best that you keep so much control over your material.

Just saw the Mystic go up on Paizo store. Is the entire book going to be parceled out like this? How much will the compiled PDF cost? Does that PDF have the Mystic's archetypes?

There are 3 archetypes and a feat or two in LIC, which is also on its way this week.
I meant to set an embargo date on this one and have the ala carts all at once. The book will be $14.99, so economically it might be worth the wait.

Yeah, you're right on that, 13 classes for 14.99 is a great deal. I've found a lot of 3rd Party Stuff to be more imaginative and fun than some of the core stuff we get from Paizo. This is gonna be my first purchase from Amora and if I find the book to my liking I'll pimp it out like I do Dreamscarred Press products.

Thank you Adam.
The WIP document will be available here on Paizo on Wednesday. It isn't finished, but the classes are done (unless there is more feedback) moat of the archetypes and feats are in there.
Chapter 4 is in layout.
If everything goes right (which they never seem too) the final book will be ready foe the printer in a week or two.
PDF price will be $14.99

No problem! I will try to write a review for it tonight. I really like how it read. How much is the print copy? I might wait if it sounds like it is in my budget.

The pauper seems... incredibly incomplete. The hope and despair abilities listed start at 9th and show none of the table abilities for such up until then. This doesn't seem... well, very good at all. That's the only glaring error I could find in my brief perusal of the WIP document.

****** The flavour text on p.129 with the Demiurge and the Umbra needs lots of editing -
* - character name - "Zankrum/Zackrum"
* "...very think view of controlled chaos..." should read "thin view" ?
* - "...the an order and phylum..."
****** Edits for Synergist
* First para - "synergists spur their companions" - needs the bold "s" added.
* This in Role (second para):
"While not trained as front line fighters, but when they are embedded within a group, a synergist can assist with battlefield control with their ability to improve her allies
reactions in combat..."
should read
"While not trained as front line fighters, when they are embedded within a group a synergist can assist with battlefield control using their ability to improve her allies reactions in combat..."
*** Coherence:
I think the Synergist should necessarily be included in any cast, as some abilities require her to be a part of synergy use. So this:
" A cast may not exceed her Charisma modifier, and she must include herself when designating her cast for her to benefit."
should read
"The number of castmembers may not exceed her Charisma modifier, and she must include herself within the cast."
* Third paragraph -"participate" should be "participant"
***Enable
This:
"The synergist can use this ability a number of times equal to her Charisma modifier."
should read
"The synergist can use this ability a number of times a day equal to her Charisma modifier."
*** Synergy
(Related to edit above) Remove this from third para.:
"(this includes herself, if she is included into her cast)"

scary harpy wrote:Good catch. What you mention is in reference to Hex/Major Hex Taboo? This is being updated as well.
About the Warloghe,The alignment is restricted to non-good but one of the class features stateed if the warloghe was good then s/he could chose this...
Hex: A warloghe can select a witch's hex. A warloghe treats his warloghe levels as witch levels to determine the effects of his hexes. If a warloghe has witch levels, these levels stack to determine his effective level for the ef- fects of his hexes, but he must use the ability modifier appropriate to the class that provides the hex. Warloghes with witch levels cannot select hexes which share a name with any hex that he already possesses. A warloghe of non-good alignment may select from the following list in place of a taboo: blight, evil eye, feral speech, misfortune, poison steep, or unnerve beasts. If a warloghe is of good alignment, may select from the following list instead: cauldron, fortune, healing, tongues, or ward.

Hey All,
I am stupified that I missed the kickstarter for this one as I love new base classes ... really wish I caught this sooner.:( I am curious if this product will be available for purchase on the Paizo store Wednesday as stated previously? Please say "yes". Remember; "Obi Wan Kanobi, erm I mean Amora Games, you're our only hope".
Cheers

I just want to comment how much I like this book. I tend to have all sorts of personality and character ideas floating around in my head half formed; usually waiting for some mechanical widget to make the idea work.
Reading through LiC gave me the tools to make 4 of them. I haven't had that much creative energy from a rule book since Ultimate Psionics and Mythic Adventures. As much as I love Kobold's New Path Compendium - this has more things I am inspired by. Can't wait for the final version. Really enjoying it now.
Classes that are "wow" for me on first read (mostly because they are helping me with the above ideas - everything in here is good).
Conduit
Metammorph
Mystic
Survivor
Umbra.
I tend to play in very small groups so a lot of "support" characters don't get played much - if we were in a normal group I'd be playing Nodwick a Momenta. When I next get Leadership I am really thinking about a momenta cohort. It just looks like fun.
Thanks to everyone involved. You made my game better, simple as that.

Conduit's mystical conduction class feature speaks about "absorbing" spells and spell-like abilities to gain conduct pool points but does not explicitly states if the spell/sp-like ability is negated by this ability or is that just a way of getting points while affected.
If the former, then after hitting 7th level the conduit cannot be affected by a targeted spell or a spell-like ability as long as he know that someone is casting a spell on him. Is such degree of immunity intended?

Demiurge in quintessence section, in 5th paragraph states that quintessence spent on creation of facsimile is permanently subtracted... Is it permanent loss? From everything else I get impression that those points are regained after facsimile is dismissed. I think it should say that creation cost points remain invested in facsimile until the facsimile is dismissed or destroyed instead.
EDIT: Also calling creation costs "maintenance cost" feels strange to me. "Maintenance" to me implies repeated expenditure to maintain not the initial creation cost.

In my own metamorph section: Flight (winged or magical) isn't a restriction because the flight evolution requires picking one of those two modes of operation. Restriction on flight would be flight (winged only) or flight (magical only), like it is in case of bestial, draconic or monstrous phenotypes.

The maintenance cost is the amount subtracted every day from your max pool if you choose to keep the facsimile. It is permanently reduced as long as it's still alive and you choose to keep it around.
