We had several items so far that can't really be used without another item, being in a very special situation, or as it turnd out now, stealing the identity of other characters! seems like the lazy, easy-to-use items are a thing of the past, finally people have to work for the those benefits!
Just kidding.
Or am I...?

Up to 251 unique items now. Still not much I'm super-excited about.
The breakdown (7-point scoring scale):
7: 0 items
6: 20 items
5: 49 items
4: 101 items
3: 49 items
2: 29 items
1: 3 items

If I had the patience to copy every entry and offer them as the only items in a game, it would be amazing.
Found an item that gives a free feat of your choice...sounds like something everyone would get.

Not sure if figurines of wondrous power are Superstar. I'd combine themes and make a figurine that can transport other figurines. Call it Totes my Goats.

Horn of forced encounter, that is something missing from the game....
Random items, camping items, soooo many SAK/SIAC

others, not so much (Thankfully).

:::sigh::: Is it bad that I've had to vote for the cook book three times now?

Finally got the soundtrack item.
Well, that is not something I expected to see two nearly identical versions of...
wow... found an item that does exactly what alcohol will do. make you talk better. :P
Mike Welham wrote: Well, that is not something I expected to see two nearly identical versions of... Those were almost my exact words about 20 minutes ago. A really bizarre and esoteric item to see two of.
Hmm. A gruesome mutilation item that's actually pretty interesting.

What d'you mean there's no save? That practically kills a character outright.
In fairness while it might not necessarily be Superstar material I will always upvote a camping item over a lot of the dren; RNG Decks/Dice, scabbards, whips, League Champion powers...
Jacob Trier wrote: Finally got the soundtrack item. The joke (item) is on you, Jacob. There's more than one.

A save is required ... no, I don't know what kind of save ... no I don't know what the DC is ... just roll your dice.

I like the ability, but it doesn't match the theme that you took half your wall o' text to lay out.

An attunement period by any other name...
Still haven't seen my item. Sad day.
Freakish - just saw an item where the first line of description is almost identical to a description element I decided to cut from my item. Not surprisingly, the general idea of the item is also similar.
So much for being all original and innovative, I guess.
So I found both mine and my brother's item on the second day of voting. That's way better than last year, where I had to get halfway to Champion Voter before I found mine.
"This item's true power is revealed when..."
"But despite its appearance, its true power can be seen when..."
etc.

Thief this, thief that.
Seems like there's a "Thief" everywhere.

A little shocked that complete sentences aren't more in vogue.
Hitchiker's Guide item. Keep calm.
Magical Ipod versus Spell in a Can
Choices...

Items that are obviously missing large portions of their own descriptions, but have the format right...
Hmmm. Having read through the first thirty-some-odd pages, I'm fairly sure at least one of the posters in this thread has down-voted my item for reasons that are factually incorrect. Gotta love it.

That's a first, I got the exact same items back to back.
I just saw one I really liked. I'll be rooting for this designer.
Being [Class A] apparently sucks, so lets make an item that turns a [Class A] into [Class B] with absolutely no drawbacks.
Not sure about items that, as written, will also incapacitate my own allies. It's otherwise a fairly decent entry.

EDIT: Vampire ninjas ahoy.
Endure elements. On everything.
Some attunement items make sense. Not here.

Name sounds like a joke item, but it's actually a fairly decent item not played for laughs.
