Jean Grey Build

Advice

I'm pretty sure everyone on this board is familiar with who Jean Grey is. Here is a build/discussion for a D&D optimized build that fits the concept. What I'm wondering is how one could do something similar to this but only using Paizo material.

Using Paizo material only? Nothing really comes to mind as fitting the flavor. Something full castery, but you really need Psionics to fit the theme.

I would go sorcerer personally since it fits, not sure on a particular bloodline, use divination, enchantments, and illusion magics to represent the telepathic abilities with detect thoughts, various suggestions, mage hand, unseen servent and such to represent telekinesis until you can actually get the telekinesis spell. Maybe throw in some fire spells if you want to mix the phoenix in as well.

Might not be super effective, but could be fun to play. Gonna have to try this soon, just to see what I can do with it.

Has any one tried to build her using Occult Adventures?

Since this is a thread from 2013, and Occult Adventures was released in July 2015, the 2013 people probably had not tried that.

But nowadays, I think the simplest way to do Jean would be as a Kineticist Aether expanding into Fire?

Another alternative is a Dark Half Psychic (your Dark Phoenix).

I've literally done a thread making Phoenix with dark half psychics xD

EDIT: how do people dredge up these 4 year old threads xD

Spheres of Power.

Telekinesis Sphere to move things, Mind Sphere to affect minds. Nature Sphere w/ Fire Package if you feel like being a Phoenix.

God I love Spheres of Power.
