Of course you don't know the exact specifics, but you
should have a general plan worked out.

What do you plan to be doing in 5 years?

(We can keep track here, and you can check back at that time)

Ruling the world.

Instead of a Dark Lord, you would have a queen, not dark but beautiful and terrible as the dawn! Tempestuous as the sea, and stronger than the foundations of the earth! All shall love me and despair

Apparently I'll be worshiping a Queen. One who is not dark, but beautiful and terrible as the dawn (and let me tell you, the dawn scares the s$&$ out of me!). She will be tempestuous as the sea, while still being stronger than the foundations of the earth. I shall love her and despair.

Liberty's Edge

My plans involved being in command of an evil army, so I suppose I'll be a general under a Queen, who will not dark, but beautiful and terrible as the dawn.

Laughing back at myself wondering why I made an absurd prediction that I never have any control over.

The future scares me.

Loading trucks, I expect.

The trucks of the revolution?

Comrade Hawkshaw!

Long time, no see.

Anyway, it'd be nice, but I expect that instead I'll be loading the trucks of the Burlington Mall.

World Ruler... hmm. I see a problem here. Well then. I will be embroiled in a bitter war against a pretender for MY THRONE!!! Yes, I expect it will take a few years to sort things out properly.

I see myself staying on the internet late at night. Maybe brushing my teeth, maybe sleeping.

Kept monkey on a rural farm in upstate New York with plenty of dogs, guns, movies, albums and RPG stuff to keep me occupied.

Scarab Sages

Sitting in the same goverment office, processing the same paperwork, but at a slightly higher pay grade.

I'm getting older and am tired of moving all over the coutry. Staying in one place for a few years is something I look forward to enjoying.

Hopefully back in an apartment on my own, with my smaller debts paid off (already got the big one, yay), hopefully working the same job I have now meaning I managed to go five years without having to do the temp agency thing again (especially since I just got benefits started about a month ago).

Hopefully still playing with my current groups - I could easily see my PbP still going at the pace it's at, but hopefully by then my live-play Kingmaker game is done ;)

Full-time teaching, I hope.

Sweet, you can help pay the bills too.

Silver Crusade

Lounging in a villa on the Amalfi Coast, eating grapes.

Sovereign Court

No idea. Got big decisions to make. :)

As the general, do you have to wear a paper hat and a name tag?

Hopefully celebrating Romney's second term...

What?!?

Working off my insane student debt...

Liberty's Edge

NOT using my college degree. Probably single and working at a gas station. Or dead. Or in jail.

Dear god, I'm going to be almost 31 in five years...

Please don't remind me of my age. :(

I turn 31 this year. Sept 1st.

I doubt I'll still be living.

Now, would you like to tell us your mother's maiden name?

Finishing up teacher training. Thank you for reminding me I must book OU module and PTLLS today.

No, don't do PTLLS... addiction will destroy you! =)

Sure. It's the same as the first half of my last name. She didn't change it when my parents were married, mine's hyphenated.

You'll not get my SSN though!

Going to teach English?

I thought it was hard enough mastering vocational training and the study load that comes with it, then I stupidly agreed to do TESOL. I am starting to regret that now.

Me? Teach english? That would be a mistake. The aim is teaching psychology and biology at foundation degree level, and GCSE and a-level for adult learners.

I hope you are wrong, and not just a little bit wrong, but way off the mark wrong. I hope you are still living, and still loving, and still gaming with a smile and song and watching every rising sun with the wonder of a child.

I've got ailments.

You are not alone. And it may be that they get the better of you, but I can still hope that you are wrong.

Hopefully getting my Bachelor's in either Animation or Illustration. I've got some obstacles (a complete an total lack of experience and therefore lack of skill), but I also know full well that I want to build the experience and skill and earn that damn degree.

I'm sorry to hear it.

If all goes to plan, I'll be married and living in Iceland.

Only country in the world to imprison their bankers and those government officials who's deregulation lead to Iceland's super crash in 2008.
