With the above said is this good? Should I change something? I know alot like to summon alot but I tend to play debuff and suck or saves. I know the rods are alot of wealth for my level but we're playing a heroic level campaign with alot of the BBEG are very well equiped.

That is a ridiculous number of Rods. Where are you expecting to keep them all? Also realise that each of them weighs 5 lbs for encumbrance issues.

You seem to be going for some sort of Blasting strategy but dont have Dazing Spell which is pretty much the best feat to add and you want to have access to without rod juggling.

You cannot take spell perfection more than once.

Prismatic Spray is terrible for Spell Perfection as you cant get more than a +2 metamagic on it fo free.

You have taken spell focus twice, is it intended to be greater spell focus?

You know you can only use one rod per spell, right?

A caster may only use one metamagic rod on any given spell, but it is permissible to combine a rod with metamagic feats possessed by the rod's wielder.

That's also 100+ spells worth of charges. . . no way you can have enough spells to use all them |:

Kind of a big waste. . .

How r u conjuration (teleportation) sspecialisd?

I know right but the minors are so cheap why not have them for circumstances where you need them. ;) They're in an modified efficient quiver (no arrow space for double javelin space). Its limited by space but not by size. Also move action to pull whatever rod I want.

Hence why I made this post, to get some ideas. i wish I could go back and take dazing instead of intensified.

Where in RAW does it state this. I don't see anything to that effect.

Really? You think a persistent Prismatic Spray + pick your rod isn't very powerful.

Yeah but that was a tentative. I really am thinking either Dazing or Quicken (even though i have the rods.

Yes...

Thats the thought, that i have enough rods to cast a rod on any spell I cast. Lessor rods are kind of a "Why not? I might need that option one day". Some are very circumstantial such as enlarge, extend, still. I have redundancy at lessor and medium for my greater rods so that I can use the greaters for 7th level only+. Again I had the money, why not?

But again this is about the build. What feats should I change? I read Treantmonks guide but still not sure on where to go from here.

Spell Perfection doesn't have this attached to it

Special: You can gain this feat multiple times. Its effects do not stack. Each time you take the feat, it applies to a new...

Edit: Quoted wrong person.

Methinks Andreww is indicating that you cannot take the same feat more than once, unless it specifically says you can. Spell Perfection is not one of those feats, so once only.

This is correct, Spell Perfection can only be taken once. The only way to get it for more than one spell is to use Paragon Surge, which most would agree is just ridiculous.

I don't see how that would work. Even if you used the spell to pick up Expanded Arcana, you still have to cast your newly acquired bonus spells as separate, non-perfected spells.

You would have better luck picking shadow conjuration, shadow evocation, limited wish, wish, or some other spell that allows you to duplicate other spells effects.

You could not take Spell Perfection as an actual Feat and Paragon Surge into it for a different spell every time you cast it.

Yep, this is what I meant.

What does this have to do with Expanded Arcana? As mentioned about this is a wizard, not a sorcerer.

I understand what everyone says about the "if doesn't mentioned you can take the feat more than once you can't" but technically that's not in the RAW. Nowhere in the feats section or otherwise in the rules does it say you can't take a feat more than once. Normally the stacking is what makes this a no-go. However I understand that's pushing the rules where they aren't intended so I'll let that go.

I don't see anything ridiculous about using Paragon Surge to get around the limitation of spell perfection as you can only have one in effect. The requirements are steep and you still have waste a spell for a limited duration of a feat for one spell type.

Oh my god. I think Paragon Surge may become the first ever Paizo-published banned spell in my games. It was dicey enough as it is with getting any spell you wanted, but having Spell Perfection in any and every spell, even if it takes one round of setup, is just too much.

You could metamagic ANYTHING at little to no cost. Yeah, not happening.
