The "Holy Tactician" paladin archetype has something like what you describe - it weakens the bonuses from the normal smite in exchange for providing buffs to your allies' attack and damage rolls.
Cavalier/samurai challenges, and to a lesser extent inquisitor judgments, feel smite-ish but don't key off Cha.

There is a smite ability with the celestial template. You can play a druid and take planar wild shape and when you wild shape (into whatever) you have the celestial template and have a smiting ability 1/day. That smite is based off Cha. You will also get some DR, Spell resistance and some energy resistance and it levels up with you.

dont you also get some debuff resistances too?
