Anything like a lesser smite exist?

Advice

Just looking for something like smite , maybe not as good, powered off Charisma to add attack and or damage based on Charisma mod

anything like that exist ?

cavaliers and samurai get a smitey skill (challenge), but im not sure on the exact mechanics of it atm.

'bracers of the avenging knight' (from UE) gives non-paladins a 1/day smite attack (+cha to attack, +5 to damage).

The "Holy Tactician" paladin archetype has something like what you describe - it weakens the bonuses from the normal smite in exchange for providing buffs to your allies' attack and damage rolls.

Cavalier/samurai challenges, and to a lesser extent inquisitor judgments, feel smite-ish but don't key off Cha.

There is a smite ability with the celestial template. You can play a druid and take planar wild shape and when you wild shape (into whatever) you have the celestial template and have a smiting ability 1/day. That smite is based off Cha. You will also get some DR, Spell resistance and some energy resistance and it levels up with you.
