Ok i need some help with picking an animal Companion for my cleric

Your effective Druid level is still 1, right? So...maybe an Elephant, a Bear, or a Small Cat?

^^ Boon Companion is mandatory for anyone who gets an AC at reduced level (or multiclasses).

I'd go with a Big Cat or one of the dinosaurs that have pounce or something with flight.

I would go with big cat but until you get boon companion or several "druid" levels then i would go with small cat (for survival) and then change to big cat.

Gonna toss my vote in for Camel, fight for ya, mount, pack mule, good stats and to top it all off its got a crazy cool spit attack.
